The installation was quicker than what… The installation was quicker than what we anticipated. The electricians where extremely helpful, they took their time showing us how to use the pool features and the phone app. We only had an issue with the waterfall guy who was extremely difficult to contact for scheduling. Whenever we had any issues, they were taken care of fairly quickly by management. Our pool looks gorgeous and better than what we had expected. We love it!

In-ground Pool - Wow Wow! This was an amazing experience. We love our pool. Each department was easy to work with and communicated very well. They were very clean, showed up on-time, respectful and courteous. Overall, great experience! Thank you to the following individuals to make our dreams a reality! We LOVE our gorgeous POOL We just had our beautiful pool town pool completed and we simply love it. There were minor bumps along the road but everyone we dealt with was genuinely a nice person. Billy A.was our sales guy, Gina in phase 2 was excellent, John in construction remedied a situation successfully. Humberto and his team were WONDERFUL. The excavator Weldon were also great. We used Jersey’s Finest, Ceasar, for our beautiful stamped concrete patio and retaining wall. Leesa was also very helpful and lovely to deal with. Personally I would recommend Pool Town. I’m a project manager so I understand that not everything runs perfectly, but we LOVE our new pool. Louise & Joe in Brick

We had a great experience with PoolTown… We had a great experience with PoolTown right from our first meeting. We walked through what we were looking to do and planned it out. From Billy at the start to Matt who just did our final cleaning, everyone was great and got us into our pool quickly without headache :-) We will recommend you guys to all our friends who are looking at putting a pool in.

I had an ordinry experience with… I had an ordinry experience with pooltown1.com and wouldn't recomend it to anyone. Prices are alomst good but that's just about it. I've been using the site for a while now and find the service qutie prety average overall. The items usually take an age to arrivve and some are even incorrect vey often. Enquires take weeks soemtimes to get response to. Sure, it's a cheap way to buy pool supplies, but with such poor customer service it's just inconvenient.
