We highly recommend Pool Town to anyone… We highly recommend Pool Town to anyone who asks. We've had zero problems with any of the installation. We continue to use Pool Town for all of our openings and closings. From start to finish, everyone was very prompt, professional and courteous. We've had many, many happy pool days at the "Power Resort" as everyone likes to call it. All has been absolutely perfect. We wouldn't change a thing. Very satisfied customer.

I had an ordinry experience with… I had an ordinry experience with pooltown1.com and wouldn't recomend it to anyone. Prices are alomst good but that's just about it. I've been using the site for a while now and find the service qutie prety average overall. The items usually take an age to arrivve and some are even incorrect vey often. Enquires take weeks soemtimes to get response to. Sure, it's a cheap way to buy pool supplies, but with such poor customer service it's just inconvenient.

Pool Town was great! From the start, Carl, our salesperson was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about the process. Shanna, Laura and Fallon in the permit department made it very easy with obtaining the proper permits necessary. Excavation and backfill with Bryan went very smoothly as well as the install with Vinny. Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the process also went smoothly, Sandi, Gina, Lisa and Karina were all available to answer any questions and address any concerns very quickly. All in all I would recommend Pool Town Inc. to anyone thinking about having a pool installed in their yard.

Pool Town did an excellent job… Pool Town did an excellent job installing our pool. They were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, specifically Leesa Desimone. She made the whole experience great from start to finish. Its evident that she is an expert at her job and customer satisfaction is definitely her top priority. We LOVE our gorgeous POOL We just had our beautiful pool town pool completed and we simply love it. There were minor bumps along the road but everyone we dealt with was genuinely a nice person. Billy A.was our sales guy, Gina in phase 2 was excellent, John in construction remedied a situation successfully. Humberto and his team were WONDERFUL. The excavator Weldon were also great. We used Jersey’s Finest, Ceasar, for our beautiful stamped concrete patio and retaining wall. Leesa was also very helpful and lovely to deal with. Personally I would recommend Pool Town. I’m a project manager so I understand that not everything runs perfectly, but we LOVE our new pool. Louise & Joe in Brick
