Excellence in pool construction Pool town did a great job with my pool installation. The construction department with Sandy and Gina both did a great job scheduling the trades in a timely manner. Pool Town did an excellent job… Pool Town did an excellent job installing our pool. They were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, specifically Leesa Desimone. She made the whole experience great from start to finish. Its evident that she is an expert at her job and customer satisfaction is definitely her top priority. The pool was expertly done and was a great addition to our yard. I would highly recommend Pool Town to anyone. Thank you to Leesa and staff.

The installation was quicker then what… The installation was quicker then what we anticipated. The electricians where extremely helpful. We had a few issues with the waterfall vendor since it took him forever to answer phone calls or text. If they don't receive their payments on time they will make sure that none of their vendors provide service even though you have to pay the vendor directly not pool town. My recommendation would be to make sure you call pool town as soon as you have any issues and keep calling until your issues are resolved. make sure you read the contract carefully including the fine prints.

Pool Town was great! From the start, Carl, our salesperson was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about the process. Shanna, Laura and Fallon in the permit department made it very easy with obtaining the proper permits necessary. Excavation and backfill with Bryan went very smoothly as well as the install with Vinny. Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the process also went smoothly, Sandi, Gina, Lisa and Karina were all available to answer any questions and address any concerns very quickly. All in all I would recommend Pool Town Inc. to anyone thinking about having a pool installed in their yard.

Beautiful Pool While it was a long and sometimes stressful process, Pool Town ultimately installed a beautiful well-built pool. The Pool Town employees Carl Chimenti from Sales, Victor the Pool installer, and Gina Aquino from Phase 2 Construction Coordinator were all truly amazing. The two guys from Excel who opened and closed my pool were also very helpful. All of these people really took their time to answer all of my questions and concerns.
