In-ground Pool - Wow Wow! This was an amazing experience. We love our pool. Each department was easy to work with and communicated very well. Pool Town was great! From the start, Carl, our salesperson was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about the process. Shanna, Laura and Fallon in the permit department made it very easy with obtaining the proper permits necessary. Excavation and backfill with Bryan went very smoothly as well as the install with Vinny. Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the process also went smoothly, Sandi, Gina, Lisa and Karina were all available to answer any questions and address any concerns very quickly. All in all I would recommend Pool Town Inc. to anyone thinking about having a pool installed in their yard.

Pool Town did an excellent job… Pool Town did an excellent job installing our pool. They were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, specifically Leesa Desimone. She made the whole experience great from start to finish. Its evident that she is an expert at her job and customer satisfaction is definitely her top priority. The installation was quicker then what… The installation was quicker then what we anticipated. The electricians where extremely helpful. We had a few issues with the waterfall vendor since it took him forever to answer phone calls or text. If they don't receive their payments on time they will make sure that none of their vendors provide service even though you have to pay the vendor directly not pool town. My recommendation would be to make sure you call pool town as soon as you have any issues and keep calling until your issues are resolved. make sure you read the contract carefully including the fine prints.

Excellence in pool construction Pool town did a great job with my pool installation. The construction department with Sandy and Gina both did a great job scheduling the trades in a timely manner. Any issues were dealt with quickly to keep the job moving. Very satisfied with the end result. Would use them again. Ronald Laird Brick, N.J
