New Inground Pool We can't thank the personnel at Pool Town enough for our pool. This will be our second season and my family and I look forward to another fun filled 2021 Pool season. For those of you looking to install a new pool, you have found the right pool company. Their entire team was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough: Laura (permits), Maria (construction), Tony (electrician), Brian ( Xcel), Leesa (customer care), and last but not least Billy Azar our sales rep.

Pool Town was great! From the start, Carl, our salesperson was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about the process. Shanna, Laura and Fallon in the permit department made it very easy with obtaining the proper permits necessary. Excavation and backfill with Bryan went very smoothly as well as the install with Vinny. Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the process also went smoothly, Sandi, Gina, Lisa and Karina were all available to answer any questions and address any concerns very quickly. All in all I would recommend Pool Town Inc. to anyone thinking about having a pool installed in their yard.

She made the whole experience great from start to finish. Its evident that she is an expert at her job and customer satisfaction is definitely her top priority. Dream pool! Thank you Pool Town for helping us build our backyard resort! Our salesman Carl was never pushy and answered all of our questions and concerns before we even signed on to make it happen. From Brittany to Maria to their Excel pool service, their staff is trained and knowledgable for each step of the way and always available a phone call away. We had small bumps in the road because our backyard is narrow however all issues were taken care of quickly and professionally. Like with any big home project, it takes time and patience but Pool Town ensures the whole process runs smoothly and efficiently. We would highly recommend to anyone considering building a pool!

The installation was quicker than what… The installation was quicker than what we anticipated. The electricians where extremely helpful, they took their time showing us how to use the pool features and the phone app. We only had an issue with the waterfall guy who was extremely difficult to contact for scheduling. Whenever we had any issues, they were taken care of fairly quickly by management. Our pool looks gorgeous and better than what we had expected. We love it!
