We highly recommend Pool Town to anyone… We highly recommend Pool Town to anyone who asks. We've had zero problems with any of the installation. We continue to use Pool Town for all of our openings and closings. From start to finish, everyone was very prompt, professional and courteous. We've had many, many happy pool days at the "Power Resort" as everyone likes to call it. All has been absolutely perfect. We wouldn't change a thing. Very satisfied customer.

Pool Town did an excellent job… Pool Town did an excellent job installing our pool. They were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, specifically Leesa Desimone. She made the whole experience great from start to finish. Its evident that she is an expert at her job and customer satisfaction is definitely her top priority. Dream pool! Thank you Pool Town for helping us build our backyard resort! Our salesman Carl was never pushy and answered all of our questions and concerns before we even signed on to make it happen. From Brittany to Maria to their Excel pool service, their staff is trained and knowledgable for each step of the way and always available a phone call away. We had small bumps in the road because our backyard is narrow however all issues were taken care of quickly and professionally. Like with any big home project, it takes time and patience but Pool Town ensures the whole process runs smoothly and efficiently. We would highly recommend to anyone considering building a pool!

The installation was quicker then what… The installation was quicker then what we anticipated. The electricians where extremely helpful. We had a few issues with the waterfall vendor since it took him forever to answer phone calls or text. If they don't receive their payments on time they will make sure that none of their vendors provide service even though you have to pay the vendor directly not pool town. My recommendation would be to make sure you call pool town as soon as you have any issues and keep calling until your issues are resolved. make sure you read the contract carefully including the fine prints.

We LOVE our gorgeous POOL We just had our beautiful pool town pool completed and we simply love it. There were minor bumps along the road but everyone we dealt with was genuinely a nice person. Billy A.was our sales guy, Gina in phase 2 was excellent, John in construction remedied a situation successfully. Humberto and his team were WONDERFUL. The excavator Weldon were also great. We used Jersey’s Finest, Ceasar, for our beautiful stamped concrete patio and retaining wall. Leesa was also very helpful and lovely to deal with. Personally I would recommend Pool Town. I’m a project manager so I understand that not everything runs perfectly, but we LOVE our new pool. Louise & Joe in Brick
