Pool Town did an excellent job… Pool Town did an excellent job installing our pool. They were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, specifically Leesa Desimone. She made the whole experience great from start to finish. Its evident that she is an expert at her job and customer satisfaction is definitely her top priority. The pool was expertly done and was a great addition to our yard. I would highly recommend Pool Town to anyone. Thank you to Leesa and staff.

Excellence in pool construction Pool town did a great job with my pool installation. The construction department with Sandy and Gina both did a great job scheduling the trades in a timely manner. The installation was quicker then what… The installation was quicker then what we anticipated. The electricians where extremely helpful. We had a few issues with the waterfall vendor since it took him forever to answer phone calls or text. If they don't receive their payments on time they will make sure that none of their vendors provide service even though you have to pay the vendor directly not pool town. My recommendation would be to make sure you call pool town as soon as you have any issues and keep calling until your issues are resolved. make sure you read the contract carefully including the fine prints.

Amazing job by a great company Amazing job by a great company. The entire Pooltown crew was super attentive and took care of every request and detail!! Highly recommended!! Sandi, Lisa, Gina and Antoinette were all fantastic to work with!!
