Dream pool! Thank you Pool Town for helping us build our backyard resort! Our salesman Carl was never pushy and answered all of our questions and concerns before we even signed on to make it happen. From Brittany to Maria to their Excel pool service, their staff is trained and knowledgable for each step of the way and always available a phone call away. We had small bumps in the road because our backyard is narrow however all issues were taken care of quickly and professionally. Like with any big home project, it takes time and patience but Pool Town ensures the whole process runs smoothly and efficiently. We would highly recommend to anyone considering building a pool!

New Inground Pool We can't thank the personnel at Pool Town enough for our pool. This will be our second season and my family and I look forward to another fun filled 2021 Pool season. For those of you looking to install a new pool, you have found the right pool company. Their entire team was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Pool Town did an excellent job… Pool Town did an excellent job installing our pool. They were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, specifically Leesa Desimone. She made the whole experience great from start to finish. Its evident that she is an expert at her job and customer satisfaction is definitely her top priority. Pool Town was great! From the start, Carl, our salesperson was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about the process. Shanna, Laura and Fallon in the permit department made it very easy with obtaining the proper permits necessary. Excavation and backfill with Bryan went very smoothly as well as the install with Vinny. Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the process also went smoothly, Sandi, Gina, Lisa and Karina were all available to answer any questions and address any concerns very quickly. All in all I would recommend Pool Town Inc. to anyone thinking about having a pool installed in their yard.

The installation was quicker then what… The installation was quicker then what we anticipated. The electricians where extremely helpful. We had a few issues with the waterfall vendor since it took him forever to answer phone calls or text. If they don't receive their payments on time they will make sure that none of their vendors provide service even though you have to pay the vendor directly not pool town. My recommendation would be to make sure you call pool town as soon as you have any issues and keep calling until your issues are resolved. make sure you read the contract carefully including the fine prints.
