From Billy at the start to Matt who just did our final cleaning, everyone was great and got us into our pool quickly without headache :-) We will recommend you guys to all our friends who are looking at putting a pool in.

I had an ordinry experience with… I had an ordinry experience with pooltown1.com and wouldn't recomend it to anyone. Prices are alomst good but that's just about it. I've been using the site for a while now and find the service qutie prety average overall. The items usually take an age to arrivve and some are even incorrect vey often. Enquires take weeks soemtimes to get response to. Sure, it's a cheap way to buy pool supplies, but with such poor customer service it's just inconvenient.
