GBWe had a great experience with PoolTown… We had a great experience with PoolTown right from our first meeting. We walked through what we were looking to do and planned it out. From Billy at the start to Matt who just did our final cleaning, everyone was great and got us into our pool quickly without headache :-) We will recommend you guys to all our friends who are looking at putting a pool in.

GBI had an ordinry experience with… I had an ordinry experience with pooltown1.com and wouldn't recomend it to anyone. Prices are alomst good but that's just about it. I've been using the site for a while now and find the service qutie prety average overall. The items usually take an age to arrivve and some are even incorrect vey often. Enquires take weeks soemtimes to get response to. Sure, it's a cheap way to buy pool supplies, but with such poor customer service it's just inconvenient.

GBPool Town was great! From the start, Carl, our salesperson was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about the process. Shanna, Laura and Fallon in the permit department made it very easy with obtaining the proper permits necessary. Excavation and backfill with Bryan went very smoothly as well as the install with Vinny. Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the process also went smoothly, Sandi, Gina, Lisa and Karina were all available to answer any questions and address any concerns very quickly. All in all I would recommend Pool Town Inc. to anyone thinking about having a pool installed in their yard.

GBHappy Customer Everyone was a pleasure to work with and make a hard process fairly easier. I need to make special shout out to PAT and MATT. These guys were very helpful and knowledgeable on how to work and maintain pool. They even gave me attention after hours when I had question on stuff they went over already. Not something they had to do and I truly appreciate them because being a first time in ground pool owner is pretty overwhelming!
