Great Pool Buying Experience After extensive research and recommendation by our realtor, we hired Pool Town to build our pool in 2016. The process was seamless and moved from each stage to the next like clockwork. Signed a contract in January 2016, construction started in April 2016 and the entire pool plus the finishing touches was completed by the end of June. After getting the final approvals from our township we were able to use the pool by the middle of August 2016. The staff at Pool Town from the salespeople, to the office staff, to the contractors and sub-contractors were courteous and knowledgeable. Also, their showroom is a must see! It's like the Disneyworld of pool stores.

Beautiful Pool While it was a long and sometimes stressful process, Pool Town ultimately installed a beautiful well-built pool. The Pool Town employees Carl Chimenti from Sales, Victor the Pool installer, and Gina Aquino from Phase 2 Construction Coordinator were all truly amazing. The two guys from Excel who opened and closed my pool were also very helpful. All of these people really took their time to answer all of my questions and concerns.

Installing a pool for me was STRESSFUL Installing a pool for me was STRESSFUL! That said, Pool Town made the process manageable. Their 3 phase system with office personal assigned to each phase was very helpful. The office staff was always available to field a question or connect us with the contractors who would be working on our project. The also were terrific in scheduling the inspections with our local township. The project moved quickly and the results are we have a gorgeous pool that will serve as the centerpiece for our backyard makeover. I would highly recommend Pool Town to those that want to take on the stress of a new pool installation. Pool Town really does take that stress away.

I had an aveage experience dealing with… I had an aveage experience dealing with Pooltown1. They're a average company. It was okey, but like every other company out there, it's not without its fautls. I didn't run into any major problmes. The website was alright too. The product selection was satisfactory and there were somehing for everyone. Overall, my experience were middle of the road. Nothing special to mention.

Dream pool! Thank you Pool Town for helping us build our backyard resort! Our salesman Carl was never pushy and answered all of our questions and concerns before we even signed on to make it happen. From Brittany to Maria to their Excel pool service, their staff is trained and knowledgable for each step of the way and always available a phone call away. We had small bumps in the road because our backyard is narrow however all issues were taken care of quickly and professionally. Like with any big home project, it takes time and patience but Pool Town ensures the whole process runs smoothly and efficiently. We would highly recommend to anyone considering building a pool!
