The installation was quicker then what… The installation was quicker then what we anticipated. The electricians where extremely helpful. We had a few issues with the waterfall vendor since it took him forever to answer phone calls or text. If they don't receive their payments on time they will make sure that none of their vendors provide service even though you have to pay the vendor directly not pool town. My recommendation would be to make sure you call pool town as soon as you have any issues and keep calling until your issues are resolved. make sure you read the contract carefully including the fine prints.

New Inground Pool We can't thank the personnel at Pool Town enough for our pool. This will be our second season and my family and I look forward to another fun filled 2021 Pool season. For those of you looking to install a new pool, you have found the right pool company. Their entire team was professional and extremely knowledgeable. These guys were very helpful and knowledgeable on how to work and maintain pool. They even gave me attention after hours when I had question on stuff they went over already. The electricians where extremely helpful, they took their time showing us how to use the pool features and the phone app. We only had an issue with the waterfall guy who was extremely difficult to contact for scheduling. Whenever we had any issues, they were taken care of fairly quickly by management. Our pool looks gorgeous and better than what we had expected. We love it!
