Pooltown installed our pool in 2023 Pooltown installed our pool in 2023. we had an amazing experience with them. from sales to installation the customer service was top notch. Gina, Leesa, Brian and Vinnie and his crew were top notch. they were friendly and took pride in thier work and interactions! Cost effective, polite, and awesome work!! can’t wait to spend our summers with our amazing pool!

The installation was quicker then what… The installation was quicker then what we anticipated. The electricians where extremely helpful. We had a few issues with the waterfall vendor since it took him forever to answer phone calls or text. If they don't receive their payments on time they will make sure that none of their vendors provide service even though you have to pay the vendor directly not pool town. My recommendation would be to make sure you call pool town as soon as you have any issues and keep calling until your issues are resolved. make sure you read the contract carefully including the fine prints.

Pool Town was great! From the start, Carl, our salesperson was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about the process. Shanna, Laura and Fallon in the permit department made it very easy with obtaining the proper permits necessary. Excavation and backfill with Bryan went very smoothly as well as the install with Vinny. Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the process also went smoothly, Sandi, Gina, Lisa and Karina were all available to answer any questions and address any concerns very quickly. All in all I would recommend Pool Town Inc. to anyone thinking about having a pool installed in their yard.

New Inground Pool We can't thank the personnel at Pool Town enough for our pool. This will be our second season and my family and I look forward to another fun filled 2021 Pool season. For those of you looking to install a new pool, you have found the right pool company. Their entire team was professional and extremely knowledgeable.
