We LOVE our gorgeous POOL We just had our beautiful pool town pool completed and we simply love it. There were minor bumps along the road but everyone we dealt with was genuinely a nice person. Billy A.was our sales guy, Gina in phase 2 was excellent, John in construction remedied a situation successfully. Humberto and his team were WONDERFUL. The excavator Weldon were also great. We used Jersey’s Finest, Ceasar, for our beautiful stamped concrete patio and retaining wall. Leesa was also very helpful and lovely to deal with. Personally I would recommend Pool Town. I’m a project manager so I understand that not everything runs perfectly, but we LOVE our new pool. Louise & Joe in Brick

I had an aveage experience dealing with… I had an aveage experience dealing with Pooltown1. They're a average company. It was okey, but like every other company out there, it's not without its fautls. I didn't run into any major problmes. The website was alright too. The product selection was satisfactory and there were somehing for everyone. Overall, my experience were middle of the road. Nothing special to mention.

Excellence in pool construction Pool town did a great job with my pool installation. The construction department with Sandy and Gina both did a great job scheduling the trades in a timely manner. Amazing job by a great company Amazing job by a great company. The entire Pooltown crew was super attentive and took care of every request and detail!! Highly recommended!! Sandi, Lisa, Gina and Antoinette were all fantastic to work with!!

The installation was quicker than what… The installation was quicker than what we anticipated. The electricians where extremely helpful, they took their time showing us how to use the pool features and the phone app. We only had an issue with the waterfall guy who was extremely difficult to contact for scheduling. Whenever we had any issues, they were taken care of fairly quickly by management. Our pool looks gorgeous and better than what we had expected. We love it!
