Beautiful Pool While it was a long and sometimes stressful process, Pool Town ultimately installed a beautiful well-built pool. The Pool Town employees Carl Chimenti from Sales, Victor the Pool installer, and Gina Aquino from Phase 2 Construction Coordinator were all truly amazing. The two guys from Excel who opened and closed my pool were also very helpful. All of these people really took their time to answer all of my questions and concerns.

Installing a pool for me was STRESSFUL Installing a pool for me was STRESSFUL! That said, Pool Town made the process manageable. Their 3 phase system with office personal assigned to each phase was very helpful. The office staff was always available to field a question or connect us with the contractors who would be working on our project. The also were terrific in scheduling the inspections with our local township. The project moved quickly and the results are we have a gorgeous pool that will serve as the centerpiece for our backyard makeover. I would highly recommend Pool Town to those that want to take on the stress of a new pool installation. Pool Town really does take that stress away.

The installation was quicker than what… The installation was quicker than what we anticipated. The electricians where extremely helpful, they took their time showing us how to use the pool features and the phone app. We only had an issue with the waterfall guy who was extremely difficult to contact for scheduling. Whenever we had any issues, they were taken care of fairly quickly by management. Our pool looks gorgeous and better than what we had expected. We love it!

Excellence in pool construction Pool town did a great job with my pool installation. The construction department with Sandy and Gina both did a great job scheduling the trades in a timely manner. We highly recommend Pool Town to anyone… We highly recommend Pool Town to anyone who asks. We've had zero problems with any of the installation. We continue to use Pool Town for all of our openings and closings. From start to finish, everyone was very prompt, professional and courteous. We've had many, many happy pool days at the "Power Resort" as everyone likes to call it. All has been absolutely perfect. We wouldn't change a thing. Very satisfied customer.
