New Inground Pool We can't thank the personnel at Pool Town enough for our pool. This will be our second season and my family and I look forward to another fun filled 2021 Pool season. For those of you looking to install a new pool, you have found the right pool company. Their entire team was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough: Laura (permits), Maria (construction), Tony (electrician), Brian ( Xcel), Leesa (customer care), and last but not least Billy Azar our sales rep.

We LOVE our gorgeous POOL We just had our beautiful pool town pool completed and we simply love it. There were minor bumps along the road but everyone we dealt with was genuinely a nice person. Billy A.was our sales guy, Gina in phase 2 was excellent, John in construction remedied a situation successfully. Humberto and his team were WONDERFUL. The excavator Weldon were also great. We used Jersey’s Finest, Ceasar, for our beautiful stamped concrete patio and retaining wall. Leesa was also very helpful and lovely to deal with. Personally I would recommend Pool Town. I’m a project manager so I understand that not everything runs perfectly, but we LOVE our new pool. Louise & Joe in Brick

I had an aveage experience dealing with… I had an aveage experience dealing with Pooltown1. They're a average company. It was okey, but like every other company out there, it's not without its fautls. I didn't run into any major problmes. The website was alright too. The product selection was satisfactory and there were somehing for everyone. Overall, my experience were middle of the road. Nothing special to mention.

In-ground Pool - Wow Wow! This was an amazing experience. We love our pool. Each department was easy to work with and communicated very well. They were very clean, showed up on-time, respectful and courteous. Overall, great experience! Thank you to the following individuals to make our dreams a reality! Pool Town was great! From the start, Carl, our salesperson was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about the process. Shanna, Laura and Fallon in the permit department made it very easy with obtaining the proper permits necessary. Excavation and backfill with Bryan went very smoothly as well as the install with Vinny. Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the process also went smoothly, Sandi, Gina, Lisa and Karina were all available to answer any questions and address any concerns very quickly. All in all I would recommend Pool Town Inc. to anyone thinking about having a pool installed in their yard.
