ZAMark-up & red-line capabilities on the mobile application I would have given full marks was it not for the fact that marking up drawings on the iPad do not have seamless functionality like in Notes or GoodNotes 5 or similar. The iPad version of Fieldlens really needs more mark-up capabilities. It currently feels very robotic. Also, red-line capability on the iPad app will be useful…

GBI would like and sometimes need to be… I would like and sometimes need to be able to change date on daily report for changes etc, not able to accomplish my midnight. Do not need my PM as only source to correct this report. Also why are we limited to 15 pictures. Should be able to send at least 25? Why can’t we add in a subcontractor that is not already in our project. We obviously do not know every contractor we may need on any given job, especially out of state work.

GBIssues other than features I appreciate all the features I've been using so far. There are a couple things that could be issues that aren't feature-related: -Everything generally loads slowly. -While I'm not in the conversations about why, our company has elected to use 7 licenses so far. I'm guessing this is because of the cost. Given that I have run into times when I've been unable to log in because of maxed out licenses, the cost could be considered an issue for me.

GBActual cost column needs to mix committed costs with invoices It is really difficult to analyze the cost without a committed column. I can't analyse the total cost with just the actual cost because a total contract of plumbing per example is 50k but if I just upload their first invoice of 50% I will see just 25k in the actual cost. But we need to have a column that matches the committed proposals with the actual costs.

GBQuite simply - not easy input Quite simply, the use of the system is too complex rather than simplistic. Just for instance, when simply adding an attachment file, the field area is extended (exaggerated to a ridiculous drag and drop "zone") more than what a normal input area. For BUYOUT, creating an Invoice use of SIX screens is overkill. Suggestion: limit the field sizes to allow entering the data in just 2 screens. This reminds me of reading a kids picture book with one sentence per page. When I have multiple invoices to enter, the time needed to continue on each screen takes too long, additionally, there is no easy input because the input has to be switched from mouse to keyboard to mouse to tab to mouse - not input friendly.
