GBWe love RedTeam We love RedTeam! We are a general contractor and we find that RedTeam works seamlessly with Quickbooks Online. It keeps all of our "Billed to Date/Revenue" and "Cost to Date/COGS" organized by the job, which comes in handy for our WIP schedule and taxes every year. They provide lots of training videos, and best of all, an instant "chat" that you can access anytime to ask questions, and get immediate answers. RedTeam keeps our submittals and plans organized. We are so glad we went with RedTeam!

GBNeeds Improvement 1. Being able to legally update the prints as they're revised. 2. Selecting an elevation symbol (or similar) that directs me to that elevation. 3. App sometimes says picture is uploaded, and actually isn't. There's several more, I just can't think of them off the top of my head at this time.

GBActual cost column needs to mix committed costs with invoices It is really difficult to analyze the cost without a committed column. I can't analyse the total cost with just the actual cost because a total contract of plumbing per example is 50k but if I just upload their first invoice of 50% I will see just 25k in the actual cost. But we need to have a column that matches the committed proposals with the actual costs.

GBNot bad Not bad, not good. Some of the modules can be cleaned up to be more efficient with less steps. Un-committed vs. Committed, should be made easier to back things out. Connections get very slow late in the afternoon, which may be related to server capacity and increased use.

GBIssues other than features I appreciate all the features I've been using so far. There are a couple things that could be issues that aren't feature-related: -Everything generally loads slowly. -While I'm not in the conversations about why, our company has elected to use 7 licenses so far. I'm guessing this is because of the cost. Given that I have run into times when I've been unable to log in because of maxed out licenses, the cost could be considered an issue for me.
