GBNot bad Not bad, not good. Some of the modules can be cleaned up to be more efficient with less steps. Un-committed vs. Committed, should be made easier to back things out. Connections get very slow late in the afternoon, which may be related to server capacity and increased use.

GBDeceptive Marketing, Subpar Performance, and Unethical Billing Practices I chose RedTeam with the expectation that it would live up to its promises of being the premier platform for contractors, especially given its claim of being built by contractors themselves. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The absence of a trial option forces users into a commitment without adequate testing. Upon using the software, the user interface proved to be mediocre, and the overall platform lacked the depth and functionality I anticipated. The disappointment extended to the failure of our company's document templates to transition seamlessly, highlighting a significant oversight in attention to detail and basic functionality. This falls short of the professionalism one expects from a premium platform. The most glaring concern was the incomplete pre-construction feature, a fundamental component that should be fully operational in any top-tier construction management software. This omission is both misleading and a significant letdown. After just one day of use, I sought to cancel my subscription due to the platform's failure to meet our needs. Shockingly, RedTeam declined to address our concerns and insisted on continuing to bill for the entire contract duration, disregarding our clear dissatisfaction. For those seeking the best construction management software, RedTeam falls short. I recommend opting for a reputable option like Procore to avoid the frustrations associated with RedTeam's bait-and-switch tactics, subpar performance, and unethical billing practices. My hope is that this review serves as a warning to others to steer clear of the challenges I encountered with RedTeam's services.

ZAMark-up & red-line capabilities on the mobile application I would have given full marks was it not for the fact that marking up drawings on the iPad do not have seamless functionality like in Notes or GoodNotes 5 or similar. The iPad version of Fieldlens really needs more mark-up capabilities. It currently feels very robotic. Also, red-line capability on the iPad app will be useful…

GBWe have just used RedTeam for our first… We have just used RedTeam for our first bid project. The system runs extremely slow. Our RFQ's are way too generic, Subcontractors are not finding it to be user friendly, producing abnormally large volumes of calls. There are several issues that we are still trying to work through, but most importantly, we cannot use a system that runs this slow to conduct a public bid.

GBVast improvements have been made to… Vast improvements have been made to this software since we began using it nearly two years ago. Three things that have made this a winner in my books for our small construction company: 1. Price - It's affordability given the many solutions it offers 2. Accessibility - It has a mobile platform which allows fieldwork information and photos to be entered 3. Support services - Their customer support service is outstanding! This is not hyperbole. They have a chat platform right on the site so if you have a quick question and someone's available, you get an answer right away! This is invaluable for people like myself who are not very computer savvy.
