GBI would like and sometimes need to be… I would like and sometimes need to be able to change date on daily report for changes etc, not able to accomplish my midnight. Do not need my PM as only source to correct this report. Also why are we limited to 15 pictures. Should be able to send at least 25? Why can’t we add in a subcontractor that is not already in our project. We obviously do not know every contractor we may need on any given job, especially out of state work.

GBWe have just used RedTeam for our first… We have just used RedTeam for our first bid project. The system runs extremely slow. Our RFQ's are way too generic, Subcontractors are not finding it to be user friendly, producing abnormally large volumes of calls. There are several issues that we are still trying to work through, but most importantly, we cannot use a system that runs this slow to conduct a public bid.

GBI am currently working out in the field… I am currently working out in the field in a jobsite trailer. This software is very user friendly and someone from Red Team customer service is always available 24/7 to help with any questions or concerns that may arise. This software makes it so much easier for us out in the field to get our day to day activities completed in a timely manner.

GBSome upgrades are really downgrades Some upgrades are really downgrades. My first complaint is that when putting in expense authorizations, it takes several attempts because the category keeps going back to "select one", so the item won't take. It's quite frustrating. Deleting invoices has become a nightmare and unresolved transactions cannot be cleared out any longer. This is been a tremendous problem because owners come back and want billings changed or an invoice has been added incorrectly or posted to an incorrect job.

GBGood program RedTeam is a great program to use for construction projects. It helps bring all parties together in one place with Plans & Specs in an online Plan Room. When there is an issue with something or you need to ask for help on how to do something within the program, RT is pretty quick at responding back for the most part. I have four stars because there has been a couple of times where RT wasn't very responsive to my issue and then canceled the help ticket before the issue was resolved.
