Vast improvements have been made to… Vast improvements have been made to this software since we began using it nearly two years ago. Three things that have made this a winner in my books for our small construction company: 1. Price - It's affordability given the many solutions it offers 2. Accessibility - It has a mobile platform which allows fieldwork information and photos to be entered 3. Support services - Their customer support service is outstanding! This is not hyperbole. They have a chat platform right on the site so if you have a quick question and someone's available, you get an answer right away! This is invaluable for people like myself who are not very computer savvy.

Issues other than features I appreciate all the features I've been using so far. There are a couple things that could be issues that aren't feature-related: -Everything generally loads slowly. -While I'm not in the conversations about why, our company has elected to use 7 licenses so far. I'm guessing this is because of the cost. Given that I have run into times when I've been unable to log in because of maxed out licenses, the cost could be considered an issue for me.

Good program RedTeam is a great program to use for construction projects. It helps bring all parties together in one place with Plans & Specs in an online Plan Room. When there is an issue with something or you need to ask for help on how to do something within the program, RT is pretty quick at responding back for the most part. I have four stars because there has been a couple of times where RT wasn't very responsive to my issue and then canceled the help ticket before the issue was resolved.

Just to many steps in all applications… Just to many steps in all applications to get anything done and be productive. 1) Submittals are a nightmare. Entirely to long of a process to request a few documents 2) A potential CO must be created to created a CO. 3) No email notification for any pending action items that you are responsible for ( I assume the designers knew you would spend your entire day on the software trying to complete simple task so you wouldn't need it. That was kind of funny). 4) Chat with Redteam in a positive item but again how many management software's need a live customer support because their software isn't operator friendly) 5) I would suggest looking at Project Mates Software.

Some upgrades are really downgrades Some upgrades are really downgrades. My first complaint is that when putting in expense authorizations, it takes several attempts because the category keeps going back to "select one", so the item won't take. It's quite frustrating. Deleting invoices has become a nightmare and unresolved transactions cannot be cleared out any longer. This is been a tremendous problem because owners come back and want billings changed or an invoice has been added incorrectly or posted to an incorrect job.
