Just to many steps in all applications… Just to many steps in all applications to get anything done and be productive. 1) Submittals are a nightmare. Entirely to long of a process to request a few documents 2) A potential CO must be created to created a CO. 3) No email notification for any pending action items that you are responsible for ( I assume the designers knew you would spend your entire day on the software trying to complete simple task so you wouldn't need it. That was kind of funny). 4) Chat with Redteam in a positive item but again how many management software's need a live customer support because their software isn't operator friendly) 5) I would suggest looking at Project Mates Software.

Vast improvements have been made to… Vast improvements have been made to this software since we began using it nearly two years ago. Three things that have made this a winner in my books for our small construction company: 1. Price - It's affordability given the many solutions it offers 2. Accessibility - It has a mobile platform which allows fieldwork information and photos to be entered 3. Support services - Their customer support service is outstanding! This is not hyperbole. They have a chat platform right on the site so if you have a quick question and someone's available, you get an answer right away! This is invaluable for people like myself who are not very computer savvy.

Issues other than features I appreciate all the features I've been using so far. There are a couple things that could be issues that aren't feature-related: -Everything generally loads slowly. -While I'm not in the conversations about why, our company has elected to use 7 licenses so far. I'm guessing this is because of the cost. Given that I have run into times when I've been unable to log in because of maxed out licenses, the cost could be considered an issue for me.

Needs Improvement 1. Being able to legally update the prints as they're revised. 2. Selecting an elevation symbol (or similar) that directs me to that elevation. 3. App sometimes says picture is uploaded, and actually isn't. There's several more, I just can't think of them off the top of my head at this time.

Junk Junk! After speaking with a Redteam support representative and being notified by him that he'd pass my issue along to whoever supposedly resolves issues I hear nothing back, nothing. The issue being the inability to input Redteam info into my Droid ph. Probably a common issue. Redteam works like dung, if it works at all.
