Good service Purchased Lifetime sub. early last year .I am not a techie type and wanted to improve my security. Use their nym service no probs VPN I found a bit more tricky but support was good Not the type to pester support but whenever I have used response has been good. I don't know these guys but get a warm genuine feeling from dealing with them and so farwould highly recommend them

No response I purchased a lifetime subscription from UA about 8 or 9 years ago. Whenever there were password changes, I would e-mail the service desk and generally get a response from Bill within 48 hours. Sometimes I would have to e-mail them twice to get a response. Now they absolutely will not respond to my e-mails and I have probably e-mailed them 5 or 6 times over the past 10 days. They were a great service but evidently they've decided to no longer support their subscribers.

Great service aat a good price I have used them for about 6 years now and love the service. I like the anonymous Usenet and the prepaid cards but also us the anonymous remailer on a regular basis. I'd highly recommend them.
