GBForget Ultimate Anonymity, subscribe to a quality no-log VPN and use anon web mail I agree with Mark Harrison. I bought an advertised "Lifetime" subscription from Ultimate Anonymity / Ultimate Privacy 15 years ago. I had few if any problems with the service during that time. Then, after I found that their nym email configuration and domains were not functioning properly, I sent them an email notifying them of the situation. I did not receive any response from Ultimate Privacy. Twelve hours later, I found that I could no longer login to the site. I sent them another email asking them to please advise. That email was also ignored. I suspect that Ultimate Privacy tolerates "lifetime" subscribers who use their service sparingly, but after a few years they decide it's time to squeeze more bucks out of lifetime subscribers who use many of the features and use them often. You've been cautioned. Buyer beware indeed ! P.S. The fact that no one from Ultimate Anonymity/Ultimate Privacy is here defending their service is an indication of their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction [Edit : Added P.S. text]

GBThey are able to help even those who … They are able to help even those who have very little knowledge of computers and the Internet (like myself) Best regards - Tom.

GBI bought a lifetime subscription to UA… I bought a lifetime subscription to UA a long time ago, it worked fine for about 10 years, then stopped working. I have tried for about the last 5 years off and on to contact them via phone and email to no avail, it looks to me like the business model early on cannot support the lifetime subscription. Beware!

GBNo response I purchased a lifetime subscription from UA about 8 or 9 years ago. Whenever there were password changes, I would e-mail the service desk and generally get a response from Bill within 48 hours. Sometimes I would have to e-mail them twice to get a response. Now they absolutely will not respond to my e-mails and I have probably e-mailed them 5 or 6 times over the past 10 days. They were a great service but evidently they've decided to no longer support their subscribers.

GBGreat service I have used Ultimate Anonymity since the late 90s when I only paid $14 for a lifetime subscription. Considering I can still log in and use their service today speaks volumes. Their customer support is second to none.
