GBReliable product and service I love how speedy Blue Herbs is with getting their orders processed and out. I use them primarily for BioKult as my son is on GAPS. I think they are a great company to work with and I'm so pleased with the results my son is seeing with this probiotic.

GBStill haven't received my order. It has been almost 7 business days now which is within the 3-7 days that Blue Herbs states for shipping but I have yet to receive my order. I never received shipping confirmation or any information from the company other than the original receipt in my email. If there was a delay in shipping my order, I would have liked to at least been notified. I also had a terrible time placing my order as my credit card would not go through and I had to contact my credit card company and approve the transaction. I was told it a problem related to Blue Herbs. This is my first time ordering and so far, I'm not impressed.

GBRight On Time Purchased acupuncture Mat worried about having it delivered on time due to the fact that the weekend was approaching did not know if they included weekends for the days shipped perfect timing it arrived Wednesday and my friend's birthday was celebrated on that evening,very happy with the order.

GBGood Service, Poor Contact The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is that I have been unable to contact the company by phone any time I've tried. I don't want an answering machine or a promise to call back. If I call during business hours, I anticipate having someone there. On the positive, I appreciate the good communication via e-mail and appreciate the notice when things are out of stock. I've ordered three times. Twice the product has been out of stock at the time of order, but it shipped within a week.
