does anyone answer the phone? Not sure if the delay in service is due to weather conditions but I have not received any communication regarding my order from over a week ago. No shipping information, no one picks up the phone. I ran out of the product I need and my health is suffering due to it. I had to order it from another company as I have no idea when blueherbs will be sending my stuff.

I originally looked at Amazon but the prices had gone up a bit and I don't believe in paying more for something that I can get cheaper elsewhere. I found Blue Herbs! And I was so excited about the quick and free shipping and cheaper price on Bio Kult.
