CAOK Now That Is Service Have you ever ordered something from the internet and got the run around. I have. Recently I ordered from Blue Herbs and ran into a deliver issue. They were amazing. They let me know and the changes were made. One of these changes had me resubmit an email. They noticed that I had made an error in my input of the address. They actually went into my old account and found the issue so they could email me back. It is beyond the regular service that I am used to. Thanks Blue Herbs!!!

GBStill haven't received my order. It has been almost 7 business days now which is within the 3-7 days that Blue Herbs states for shipping but I have yet to receive my order. I never received shipping confirmation or any information from the company other than the original receipt in my email. If there was a delay in shipping my order, I would have liked to at least been notified. I also had a terrible time placing my order as my credit card would not go through and I had to contact my credit card company and approve the transaction. I was told it a problem related to Blue Herbs. This is my first time ordering and so far, I'm not impressed.

GBEfficient and fast--the hallmark of a good mail order store. I've only ordered one item from Blue Herbs but I've ordered it several times. I've been very pleased with them as they are very prompt and efficient. I'll continue to order from them and recommend them to others.

They are reasonably priced, extremely prompt and efficient, and offer a range of quality products. I couldn't be more pleased. And the turnaround time is incredible! So fast!
