Fast shipping and great price! I buy biokult probiotics through blue herbs. They aren't cheap but everywhere else I've looked is more expensive. They also arrived a lot more quickly than I would've expected after the order was placed. I plan on continuing to purchase this item through blue herbs on a regular basis!

Like a neighborhood shop! I really love the friendly feeling transmitted by this store's website. They have a great selection and are so easy to work with. They are the only source of my favorite probiotic that I have found in this country. If not for Blue Herbs, I would have to wait weeks for delivery from the UK!

Good Service, Poor Contact The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is that I have been unable to contact the company by phone any time I've tried. I don't want an answering machine or a promise to call back. If I call during business hours, I anticipate having someone there. On the positive, I appreciate the good communication via e-mail and appreciate the notice when things are out of stock. I've ordered three times. Twice the product has been out of stock at the time of order, but it shipped within a week.

Fast I was concerned about shipping probiotics during the hot summer months, and was elated to find the order in my mailbox within 3 days. The correspondence was top-notch. I received an email every step of the way...order received...order being processed...order shipped. I will order from Blue Herbs again and would feel confident recommending them to others as well.

No reason to change horses in midstream. I used to order bio-kult probiotics on Amazon, and received my shipment from Blue Herbs. Every order arrived promptly and without a hitch. When I went back to Amazon to order more recently, I was dismayed to find that they'd switched to a vendor in Europe whose estimated delivery time was 28 days. No point in taking a risk on someone new (or waiting a month to receive my shipment) when I could track down Blue Herbs online and have my order filled in a fraction of the time.
