CAOK Now That Is Service Have you ever ordered something from the internet and got the run around. I have. Recently I ordered from Blue Herbs and ran into a deliver issue. They were amazing. They let me know and the changes were made. One of these changes had me resubmit an email. They noticed that I had made an error in my input of the address. They actually went into my old account and found the issue so they could email me back. It is beyond the regular service that I am used to. Thanks Blue Herbs!!!

GBdoes anyone answer the phone? Not sure if the delay in service is due to weather conditions but I have not received any communication regarding my order from over a week ago. No shipping information, no one picks up the phone. I ran out of the product I need and my health is suffering due to it. I had to order it from another company as I have no idea when blueherbs will be sending my stuff.
