GBNo reason to change horses in midstream. I used to order bio-kult probiotics on Amazon, and received my shipment from Blue Herbs. Every order arrived promptly and without a hitch. When I went back to Amazon to order more recently, I was dismayed to find that they'd switched to a vendor in Europe whose estimated delivery time was 28 days. No point in taking a risk on someone new (or waiting a month to receive my shipment) when I could track down Blue Herbs online and have my order filled in a fraction of the time.

GBFast I was concerned about shipping probiotics during the hot summer months, and was elated to find the order in my mailbox within 3 days. The correspondence was top-notch. I received an email every step of the way...order received...order being processed...order shipped. I will order from Blue Herbs again and would feel confident recommending them to others as well.

GBprompt, reliable and amazingly affordable! At a time when everything is more difficult and more expensive, I've found Blue Herbs. They are reasonably priced, extremely prompt and efficient, and offer a range of quality products. I couldn't be more pleased. And the turnaround time is incredible! So fast! GBSpeedy delivery + everything as ordered I have zero complaints. Everything came quickly, was packed carefully and all items were in good conditions upon their arrival. Price was also extremely fair. I will be ordering from Blue Herbs again!

GBStill haven't received my order. It has been almost 7 business days now which is within the 3-7 days that Blue Herbs states for shipping but I have yet to receive my order. I never received shipping confirmation or any information from the company other than the original receipt in my email. If there was a delay in shipping my order, I would have liked to at least been notified. I also had a terrible time placing my order as my credit card would not go through and I had to contact my credit card company and approve the transaction. I was told it a problem related to Blue Herbs. This is my first time ordering and so far, I'm not impressed.
