Thank goodness this team created such a brilliant business based on smart nutrition guided by the science of our unique genes. I was quite surprised by my nutrition recommendations as I've been on a low carb higher fat diet for many years and feel fine. Some issues they presented, I already knew about and had already adjusted my diet to suit. But now I know I had better check my cholesterol levels and decide whether I need more adjustments. My goal is to be hale and hearty for many years to come so now's the time to make those changes. I respect the science and the system MyGeneFood has developed. The material is prepared for someone who knows very little about genetics and nutrition as well as someone who has self-studied. Great value for the time invested. Well done, worth the investment.

I am happy with the results I am happy with the results - they are quite extensive and what I expected. Lots of science-backed explanations. As a note for improvement - some of the links for the scientific explanation of some genes are not working, and the company could work more on the specific meal plan (although it is good enough as it is - this is not the core service in my opinion).
