GBDon't listen to diet gurus. Listen to your own genes. I have been impressed with the quality of information at this site. I finally know what I should eat, based on my own genes, not from what some diet guru believes. There's all kinds of information about diet, genes, lab draws, latest studies in nutrition and much more. They're obviously personally invested in the science. They have been responsive to my questions and very helpful. I have gotten a GeneFood diet report for myself my husband, and plan to get one for my sons. At last, I have a much better idea what is the right 'fuel' for my body.

GBI first became interested in Gene Food… I first became interested in Gene Food because of their blog, which I've found to be one of the most interesting and non-ideological nutrition blogs on the web. I then got their personalized nutrition report, which was well worth the money even though I've had a serious interest in nutrition for almost four decades now. I also found their customer support to be very good as well.

GBInteresting overview of genetic data and diet Very fast response to questions (I had uploaded the wrong file) and also report generation. Interesting report taking into account individual genetic data. One thing I was surprised to see missing was a reference to high Homo-cysteine levels due to MTHFR and B12 methylation issues . . . I will send a note as soon as I figure out how . . .

CAWell done, worth the investment. It makes complete sense to eat according to what our genes need. Thank goodness this team created such a brilliant business based on smart nutrition guided by the science of our unique genes. I was quite surprised by my nutrition recommendations as I've been on a low carb higher fat diet for many years and feel fine. Some issues they presented, I already knew about and had already adjusted my diet to suit. But now I know I had better check my cholesterol levels and decide whether I need more adjustments. My goal is to be hale and hearty for many years to come so now's the time to make those changes. I respect the science and the system MyGeneFood has developed. The material is prepared for someone who knows very little about genetics and nutrition as well as someone who has self-studied. Great value for the time invested. Well done, worth the investment.

GBI’ve learned a lot..!! I’ve learned a lot through this service and realized the diet I was following was not in alignment with my genetic profile. I’m trying out this new diet now and hope it will have positive impacts on my blood markers! They have been very responsive to my questions while I attempt to understand this new approach and very patient with all my questions.
