No refund policies and no costumer service other than bogus email responses that’s it’s your fault for not deactivating. Even though you can’t, the system denies your request to cancel account every time. Atrocious and unacceptable business practices to steal money from people.

GBThe data speeds are much faster than… The data speeds are much faster than other MVNO carriers and coverage is just as good. Compared to my past carriers FreedomPop gets the job done better value for money. Customer service will always be willing to help if you have issues and just be cognizant of your usage to avoid overages and you will be perfectly satisfied. Make it easier to port numbers out to other carriers (such as Google Voice), it seems as though only the big 4 carriers support moving a number from FreedomPop

GBIt is not working any more, don't waste your time! Despite repeatedly reporting for years that Cyprus area code and the flag used is wrong they failed to fix. Such a simple fix and they didn't bother to take care, imagine you need something more serious... Update: If your Support truly works then get the offending flag removed without any further delay!!! It's been more than 2 years since it was originally reported however you still continue to insult a whole nation... It seems there is no dignity whatsoever in this firm.

GB4G working as advertised. So far has been smooth. There was 1 time when my account all in sudden does not work and I was at the airport urgently needed data connection. I could only write to customer service and got the issue resolved the next day. It's not a reliable service but for my usage it's good enough. If i use my mobile more frequently, I will switch to t-mobile or AT&T.
