4G working as advertised. So far has been smooth. There was 1 time when my account all in sudden does not work and I was at the airport urgently needed data connection. I could only write to customer service and got the issue resolved the next day. It's not a reliable service but for my usage it's good enough. If i use my mobile more frequently, I will switch to t-mobile or AT&T.

Worst business practices Please stay away from this company. This is a complete scam. If you want to opt-out make sure you have email or paper copy.Don't rely on their verbal communications otherwise you will pay the price. They keep changing their policy without proper notifications to the customers. Service is worst. Be super careful.

Complete scam, will attempt to steal your money Complete scam. By their instructions, you have to call in to cancel, so they don't make it easy. They 'upgraded' people from free to paid plan with an email notice (which will probably end up in your spam folder) so you will get charged without your permission. I see a class action lawsuit brewing. Their service, when we used it, didn't work well. Poor connectivity, bad user experience, notifications weren't sent, etc.

The service is good for the cost The service is good for the cost. Calling outwards is good, incoming calls are buggy, and can miss without giving missed call notifications. If cost is important to you, it's worth it.

Freedom Pop is cost efficient Freedom Pop is a cost efficient, easy to use wireless provider. I've had no issues with connectivity, phone calls or messaging unlike other wireless carriers that I have used.
