USScammers Sign up for free phone service -> Get dozens of spam messages every day -> "Oops, you're out of text messages! We topped you up automatically! Oops, we did it again! We signed you up for a recurring plan automatically!" -> Overdrafts my bank -> Can't talk to a human being at FreedomPop or dispute the charge with the bank because it's in the terms & conditions that they can do this to their marks I mean customers. F****ck this company!

GBShocking Absolutely infuriating trying to deal with this company. Every single postcode you put in to get information on where they are available doesn't work. I tried putting my mum's postcode in I tried putting my postcode in two of my friends postcode in completely different areas and none of them work. I also tried putting the men with and without spaces capital letters and non capital letters just gave up in the end. Contacting customer services is pointless because they would just tell you it to working fine and blame the customer. Totally gave up.

USNever had any issues with the service Never had any issues with the service. Worked where it's supposed to but with their new premium service and the old service impossible to get without an ancient SIM card their unlimited plans do NOT work unlimited unless you want to wait for an hour for a single Google search to show results or Facebook to load. WAY below the 2g speed they claim after your limit. Good and fair prices though. Also no 5g if that is a concern to you.

USWorst business practices Please stay away from this company. This is a complete scam. If you want to opt-out make sure you have email or paper copy.Don't rely on their verbal communications otherwise you will pay the price. They keep changing their policy without proper notifications to the customers. Service is worst. Be super careful.

USComplete scam, will attempt to steal your money Complete scam. By their instructions, you have to call in to cancel, so they don't make it easy. They 'upgraded' people from free to paid plan with an email notice (which will probably end up in your spam folder) so you will get charged without your permission. I see a class action lawsuit brewing. Their service, when we used it, didn't work well. Poor connectivity, bad user experience, notifications weren't sent, etc.
