NOThe fact that they will charge you to… The fact that they will charge you to even have the option to contact customer service is mind boggling to me. All I wanted to do was reach out and ask them if they have any old code on my theme and remove it if that was the case. I am not going to PAY to have to ask them to remove the code. Absolutely insane strategy.

AUBlatantly ripping off small business I've been with Klaviyo for years, and had been satisfied with their platform and support. That was until they made changes to how they bill customers, apparently to "simplify your experience with us and provide more clarity regarding your billing". Yeah right! Recently I upgraded my plan, usually doing so they would pro-rate the amount due based on the number of days left in the billing cycle, makes sense. Well now, instead of prorating, they just charge the FULL AMOUNT for the entire month, regardless if you have 10, 5, heck even 1 day left of your billing cycle. So basically they've just taken a huge chunk of funds from me for the month, when it should have been a tenth of that. Talking to support has been useless, they send misinformation to you, and then say it was a mistake. And they flat out refuse to give a refund. They claim to have sent emails notifying customers of the change which I definitely did not receive. This is a warning for all other small businesses, do NOT sign up with Klaviyo, their shady practises will bite you in the end.
