GBMake them stop I'm not a customer, but someone decided to use their services to sign my email address up to receive hundreds of marketing emails. You can't contact their customer service unless you're a customer, so here I am. *UPDATE* A member of the Klaviyo team reached out to me and removed my email address from their customers' lists. A rare example of excellent customer service, and I'm grateful for it. Well done, Klaviyo!

GBTerrible after sale service Terrible after sale service. They are extremly pushy in meeting sales goals and pressure you to get Klaviyo. We switched over from Mail Chimp and the onboarding process has been a total nightmare. They promise you tech support and guidance, but after you onboard, all they say is that you can read their online instruction with minimal support. We only onboarded for a one-hour call, and after that, we had to work on the chart flows, so after we were stuck and needed more questions, no one answered. We've been waiting for months and both the sales girl and the onaboaring person do not email back. It's extremely frustrating.

ITTimelines in this case not very fast but helpful The timelines were not as fast as other times that I have contacted support but it is still true that in this case it was more of a technical problem (within our team primarily rather than a klaviyo problem). Internal problem solved with my own insight based on guidance sent by Klaviyo support that is why I gave 4 stars.

GBGreat guidance from the Klaviyo Team We moved to Klaviyo from Mailchimp and the Klaviyo team really took care of us in the transition. It was quite a stressful time because we were moving platforms, moving websites and the Gmail and Yahoo new sender requirements had just come into place, but Eoin and Lucas helped us through the process with ease, humour and a great attitude so all was well in the end. We have also contacted the support team on email with an issue we were having and they got back to us really promptly and helped us to fix it straight away. We are a small business of just 4 people with no in-house tech help, so having all this support was extremely helpful. Very impressed and would highly recommend Klaviyo to any business, big or small.
