Blatantly ripping off small business I've been with Klaviyo for years, and had been satisfied with their platform and support. That was until they made changes to how they bill customers, apparently to "simplify your experience with us and provide more clarity regarding your billing". Yeah right! Recently I upgraded my plan, usually doing so they would pro-rate the amount due based on the number of days left in the billing cycle, makes sense. Well now, instead of prorating, they just charge the FULL AMOUNT for the entire month, regardless if you have 10, 5, heck even 1 day left of your billing cycle. So basically they've just taken a huge chunk of funds from me for the month, when it should have been a tenth of that. Talking to support has been useless, they send misinformation to you, and then say it was a mistake. And they flat out refuse to give a refund. They claim to have sent emails notifying customers of the change which I definitely did not receive. This is a warning for all other small businesses, do NOT sign up with Klaviyo, their shady practises will bite you in the end.

Can't recommend enough! Can't recommend enough! We upgraded to Klaviyo from a much smaller platform and are so impressed with how user friendly Klaviyo is, as well as allowing you to do some pretty clever things. Every team member I've spoken to has been super helpful and professional, ensuring we have everything we need to succeed. Love the virtual training, too.

Helpful & Supportive Joanna was extremely helpful in identifying multiple issues I was having and providing different solutions and recommendations. She responded quickly and patiently walked me through the steps in fixing the problem.

Nonsensically expensive Look, if you're constantly sending emails, Klaviyo might be worth it. But for most anyone who doesn't need the full suite, you'll be throwing money away. I certainly have! There are better options out there with more customer-friendly billing practices and at much more competitive price point. Customer support are world champions in corporate BS-lingo.
