ITTimelines in this case not very fast but helpful The timelines were not as fast as other times that I have contacted support but it is still true that in this case it was more of a technical problem (within our team primarily rather than a klaviyo problem). Internal problem solved with my own insight based on guidance sent by Klaviyo support that is why I gave 4 stars.

NLAFTER 4 YEARS EVERYTHING LOST BECAUSE THEY DISABLED OUR ACCOUNT As an experience e-com founder with almost a 1M in sales. I can say Don't use this app! The last 4 years we have worked hard to creating a long list of subscribers, optimizing our flows and collection data. But out of the blue Klaviyo disabled our account without sending us any message. When we asked why they close our account they told us that one of our campaigns had a high bounce rate. When we asked to open our account and we will reduce the bounce rate. They told us it is closed permanantly. Now all our flows, data and subscriber lists are gone. Please note that if you use this app they will disable your account fast even if you are a loyal customer for 4 years. DON'T USE THIS APP. Mailchimp or Omnisend are must better service!

GBWe moved to Klaviyo after needing an… We moved to Klaviyo after needing an email provider as we moved from a heavyweight CDP platform. There onboarding was great, really structured with a weekly call and tasks in Monday.com so you know where you are at and what the next steps are. Also on hand with any more complex solutions you want to implement. Calls were useful and we regularly reviewed numbers and offered advice on what needed improving and what we can do to maximise deliverability and sender score. Overall a great experience and we've been happy with the results and advice Alex from the onboarding team has provided.

USTerrible after sale service Terrible after sale service. They are extremly pushy in meeting sales goals and pressure you to get Klaviyo. We switched over from Mail Chimp and the onboarding process has been a total nightmare. They promise you tech support and guidance, but after you onboard, all they say is that you can read their online instruction with minimal support. We only onboarded for a one-hour call, and after that, we had to work on the chart flows, so after we were stuck and needed more questions, no one answered. We've been waiting for months and both the sales girl and the onaboaring person do not email back. It's extremely frustrating.
