Non-existent support! They let scammers steal money from innocents It has come to our attention that malicious scammers are using our trademarked name, images, and texts on their site, which is hosted on the Cosmotown server. The scam site's name is "tomkingsfrenchiepuppies.com". So far, I have written 3 emails to Cosmotown requesting the removal of the illegal site, but they have not even dignified us with a response. Essentially, their support does not exist, or they are not concerned with their services being used by those whose aim is to steal money from innocent people. We are already considering legal action if they continue to do nothing about this issue.

Excellent customer care Excellent customer care! I made a mistake in setting up my account. (Embarrassingly, I put a typo in my email address – not great.) This caused a cascade of problems – including not being able to access/verify. The team at Cosmotown was very patient – and solved the problem. I'm back in business (though I still feel a little dumb.) Highly recommended!

They canceled my domain without even… They canceled my domain praixdevelopment.com without even sending me any reminders that it was about to expire. Even when it expired, I didn't receive any notifications. I just got notified a few days later that my domain had been deleted. Since then, I've been trying to contact them on all possible platforms, including emails and social media, but they never respond. I regret purchasing my domain on Cosmotown.

I had a terrible experience! BE AWARE!! I had a terrible experience with Cosmotown.com domain registrar company. My domain stayed down for more than 2 months due to their nonfunctional DNS system! They couldn't fix the propagation for months! I couldn't move it because ICANN forbids to move out before 60 days. What a terrible experience I have with them!! I'll remove my account and never register or transfer the domain to them. I could give them -5 stars if I could! BE AWARE!!

Never heard back from them either Never heard back from them either, After you made payment. quite terrible as a request is simply small, too many stupi messages popping up or blocks that you cannot override or change. not given good impression to renew. small glitches when checkout, otherwise webpage loads plenty fast at this pt. *** the site still loads fine as at end 2021. so non-existent support AFTER paymt; refusal to edit change email.
