We cannot access our site or email. They won't respond to our emails and Zendesk tickets Legal action incoming if not resolved immediately. Ticket number 73937

I had a terrible experience! BE AWARE!! I had a terrible experience with Cosmotown.com domain registrar company. My domain stayed down for more than 2 months due to their nonfunctional DNS system! They couldn't fix the propagation for months! I couldn't move it because ICANN forbids to move out before 60 days. What a terrible experience I have with them!! I'll remove my account and never register or transfer the domain to them. I could give them -5 stars if I could! BE AWARE!!

I registered the domain name here - bad experience I registered the domain name here dns error, I sent support for 1 day without response, I transferred the domain to another provider, the company did not confirm the conversion, I sent teckit again a second time and after 4 days the company still did not respond.
