GBA disgruntled customer filed a false… A disgruntled customer filed a false abuse report about our site/domain with Cosmotown (our registrar) and they've taken control over our nameservers which point to Cloudflare. We cannot access our site or email. They won't respond to our emails and Zendesk tickets Legal action incoming if not resolved immediately. Ticket number 73937

KWCheapest registrar ever I had a domain which was pending registration as I used account funds. The domain status changed from pending to completed when I sent a support request. The support is accurate to the point. I believe there is no other registrar which can match their price. If one is a bit patient and detail oriented, CosmoTown can be their best bet. I personally feel so after 22 years of dealing with domains.

INvery bad dns and controlpanel nothing… I updated my review but still recommendation for them if they don't pick these as perority based. Control is easy but buggy. Not working properly and load very slow in some networks. 2. DNS glue is very very slow sometimes take 10 days to get updated. 3. No Dns Reset option to default everything default.

HUNon-existent support! They let scammers steal money from innocents It has come to our attention that malicious scammers are using our trademarked name, images, and texts on their site, which is hosted on the Cosmotown server. The scam site's name is "tomkingsfrenchiepuppies.com". So far, I have written 3 emails to Cosmotown requesting the removal of the illegal site, but they have not even dignified us with a response. Essentially, their support does not exist, or they are not concerned with their services being used by those whose aim is to steal money from innocent people. We are already considering legal action if they continue to do nothing about this issue.
