I had a terrible experience! BE AWARE!! I had a terrible experience with Cosmotown.com domain registrar company. My domain stayed down for more than 2 months due to their nonfunctional DNS system! They couldn't fix the propagation for months! I couldn't move it because ICANN forbids to move out before 60 days. What a terrible experience I have with them!! I'll remove my account and never register or transfer the domain to them. I could give them -5 stars if I could! BE AWARE!!

We cannot access our site or email. They won't respond to our emails and Zendesk tickets Legal action incoming if not resolved immediately. Ticket number 73937

They canceled my domain without even… They canceled my domain praixdevelopment.com without even sending me any reminders that it was about to expire. Even when it expired, I didn't receive any notifications. I just got notified a few days later that my domain had been deleted. Since then, I've been trying to contact them on all possible platforms, including emails and social media, but they never respond. I regret purchasing my domain on Cosmotown.
