Their customer support also not responding to my ticket id 45735. I don't know why they take so much time to change name servers, which will happen with in 20 to 30 mts with other registrars. I have a lot of domains with different registrars, but non of them are so irresponsible & pathetic like cosmotown. i don't recommend this platform

Great experience so far... I've had a great experience so far with CosmoTown. No one else offer domains at their price. Replies mostly take a day but if they could enable Live Support atleast with ticketing it would be awesome.... If thats enabled I would even move my domains from other registries to Cosmotown... Good Luck Team...

I registered the domain name here - bad experience I registered the domain name here dns error, I sent support for 1 day without response, I transferred the domain to another provider, the company did not confirm the conversion, I sent teckit again a second time and after 4 days the company still did not respond. Exactly 1 currency

Excellent customer care Excellent customer care! I made a mistake in setting up my account. (Embarrassingly, I put a typo in my email address – not great.) This caused a cascade of problems – including not being able to access/verify. The team at Cosmotown was very patient – and solved the problem. I'm back in business (though I still feel a little dumb.) Highly recommended!
