Even when it expired, I didn't receive any notifications. I just got notified a few days later that my domain had been deleted. Since then, I've been trying to contact them on all possible platforms, including emails and social media, but they never respond. I regret purchasing my domain on Cosmotown.

Cosmotown in stoneages… Cosmotown is at number 1 in providing domains at the lowest price. But the only payment system is Paypal. You really don't have any idea how much of your visitors are bouncing back after adding domains to card when they come to know that their cards can't be accepted at Cosmotown. Other companies including Hostinger, have integrated payment by crypto option too but idk why cosmotown is living in stone ages..
