GBI canceled my subscription I canceled my subscription, which I never authorized, and I continue to be billed 9.99 each month. GBI have been having issue with company… I have been having issue with company that kept popping up telling me to update my drivers for the small amount of 29.99 a month something to that affect and it wouldn't let me delete or uninstall it, I was very frustrated because my laptop is new.I went on line to Lenovo website and it directed me to Solve IQ needless to say the price is reasonable and the service was very quick now- I will definitely recommend this company. Thank you

GBI tried multiple things to resolve my… I tried multiple things to resolve my issue without success. I luckily stumbled on to Solve IQ and had one of the tech assistants. After some somewhat complex manipulation of my desktop my issue was resolved completely on a remote access platform. Thank you so much for your help.

GBinstalling my first new canon printer… installing my first new canon printer and having problems with drivers ,(solve IQ) came up with Canon installation web site ,paid a small fee ,and that s how I find out I had out of date drivers ! this was my first time doing this upgrade on my old pc remotely with (solve IQ) tech, that was fairly quick ,very knowledgeable of what they do with pc drivers, up date, or upgrade , I thank you very much for your HELP !!
