GBfound them very helpful today i wanted to have one of our computers scanned for virus or other problems, as a technician for another company said we had issues and tried to sell me there product. When balancing the check book I saw we had Driver Support. our tech was a gentleman named Juan. He was very patient and helpful. he ran the scan and determined there was no major issues,reassured us that all was working as it should. then he coached me through a problem on one of the other computers that had failed in an upgrade from windows 8.1 to windows 10. overall a very good expierience.

GBI have not been able to get in contact… I have not been able to get in contact with Solve IQ. There telephone numbers are out of services or disconnected and they don't respond back to your e-mails. Is Solve IQ the same as Driver Support One. Solve IQ used to have a chat option and able to get a hold of a tech. All three telephone numbers are out of service or disconnected. How do I get a hold of this company and talk to a real person rather than a bot in a chat window under Driver Support One as Solve IQ doesn't have a chat option at this time. I am paying for a service that I cannot use. I used to really like the Service of Solve IQ until recently, not being able to connect with a tech. If anyone has any information on how to get in touch with a human representative, please provide this information. I don't want to delete Solve IQ and then download Driver Support One if this is going to be the same issues.

GBI had an issue with my new printer... I had an issue with my new printer & could not get it up & running. A tech support guy, Worrell I think was his name, was a huge help & guided me throughout fixing my problem & got my printer up & running. Sooo very thankful for your service

GBI needed help installing the software… I needed help installing the software to scan on my HP printer and David did a fabulous job! Couldn't begin to tell you all the different things he did to make it work, but sailed through everything with ease. Also gave me time to read what he was doing, which I thought was very considerate.

GBI tried multiple things to resolve my… I tried multiple things to resolve my issue without success. I luckily stumbled on to Solve IQ and had one of the tech assistants. After some somewhat complex manipulation of my desktop my issue was resolved completely on a remote access platform. Thank you so much for your help.
