GBI needed help installing the software… I needed help installing the software to scan on my HP printer and David did a fabulous job! Couldn't begin to tell you all the different things he did to make it work, but sailed through everything with ease. Also gave me time to read what he was doing, which I thought was very considerate.

SEI have been charged money without account Hello! I have been charged money without ever having had an account with you. I have no idea how you got hold of my account details. Since I don't have service, I can't log in and end and I don't dare call. Reported to my bank.

GBNeed help getting HELP I've sent multiple emails and made more than two dozen calls trying to get help for an issue I'm having. Two weeks has passed and nothing. These people used to be good and I was happy but it seems like they might just be cashing checks and taking naps. Don't sign up.
