GBI have been having issue with company… I have been having issue with company that kept popping up telling me to update my drivers for the small amount of 29.99 a month something to that affect and it wouldn't let me delete or uninstall it, I was very frustrated because my laptop is new.I went on line to Lenovo website and it directed me to Solve IQ needless to say the price is reasonable and the service was very quick now- I will definitely recommend this company. Thank you

GBI cannot get anyone to address my… I cannot get anyone to address my problem. I'm sure Kyle will answer this review and say they've answered my emails. However, they're not helping me fix the issue. Every time I log in, it asks me to renew my subscription, which I've already done. I don't want to be charged a second time. KYLE-can you refund me my money and make sure I'm no longer charged?

GBThey will not cancel your account… They will not cancel your account without removing the software, even if the PC is no longer running. It is a deceptive business model, hoping that you will just keep paying.

GBI tried for hours to cancel this I tried for hours to cancel this, i uninstalled it and i do not want to pay for it. IT HAS NOW BEEN ABOUT A WEEK AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS..I AM NOW BEYOND MAD.

GBI canceled my subscription I canceled my subscription, which I never authorized, and I continue to be billed 9.99 each month. I've canceled with PayPal and uninstalled the app. I even received a response that my account would be canceled, but its not. Please cancel my account ASAP. Thank you, Sandi Struening
