I cannot get anyone to address my… I cannot get anyone to address my problem. I'm sure Kyle will answer this review and say they've answered my emails. However, they're not helping me fix the issue. Every time I log in, it asks me to renew my subscription, which I've already done. I don't want to be charged a second time. KYLE-can you refund me my money and make sure I'm no longer charged?

My experience with Solve iQ was not a happy one I was looking for a utility program with which I could update drivers in my Dell Latitude E6400 laptop. Solve iQ looked like the solution to my problem so I downloaded it. As it turned out, I had difficulty probably because I have had very little experience with this type of software. Let me say right now that I HAVE NO COMPLAINT WITH THE FOLKS AT SOLVE IQ! The chat folks came to my rescue, but I was unable to follow their instructions primarily because my laptop "did not cooperate" with the software. It just wasn't intuitive to my 83 year old eyes. So I uninstalled Sove iQ and cancelled my automatic payments, which by the way I was unaware of when I purchased the software. If I hope I have not caused anyone any inconvenience over this. The issue was a degree of user-friendliness and my inexperience.

Saved from a sinking ship!! I had reached an impasse while attempting to connect a new printer to my PC. Mr. Anderson was extremely courteous, patient, knowledgeable, skillful and efficient. He was especially patient and had to retry things due to mistakes I had made previously on my PC. he was the best!

They will not cancel your account… They will not cancel your account without removing the software, even if the PC is no longer running. It is a deceptive business model, hoping that you will just keep paying.
