GBI needed help installing the software… I needed help installing the software to scan on my HP printer and David did a fabulous job! Couldn't begin to tell you all the different things he did to make it work, but sailed through everything with ease. Also gave me time to read what he was doing, which I thought was very considerate.

GBMy experience with Solve iQ was not a happy one I was looking for a utility program with which I could update drivers in my Dell Latitude E6400 laptop. Solve iQ looked like the solution to my problem so I downloaded it. As it turned out, I had difficulty probably because I have had very little experience with this type of software. Let me say right now that I HAVE NO COMPLAINT WITH THE FOLKS AT SOLVE IQ! The chat folks came to my rescue, but I was unable to follow their instructions primarily because my laptop "did not cooperate" with the software. It just wasn't intuitive to my 83 year old eyes. So I uninstalled Sove iQ and cancelled my automatic payments, which by the way I was unaware of when I purchased the software. If I hope I have not caused anyone any inconvenience over this. The issue was a degree of user-friendliness and my inexperience.

GBI canceled my subscription I canceled my subscription, which I never authorized, and I continue to be billed 9.99 each month. I've canceled with PayPal and uninstalled the app. I even received a response that my account would be canceled, but its not. Please cancel my account ASAP. Thank you, Sandi Struening

GBfound them very helpful today i wanted to have one of our computers scanned for virus or other problems, as a technician for another company said we had issues and tried to sell me there product. When balancing the check book I saw we had Driver Support. our tech was a gentleman named Juan. He was very patient and helpful. he ran the scan and determined there was no major issues,reassured us that all was working as it should. then he coached me through a problem on one of the other computers that had failed in an upgrade from windows 8.1 to windows 10. overall a very good expierience.
