SEExcellent customer service Ordered 2 special insoles and they were promptly delivered to Sweden. I was not sure what to expect with the website at first but after talking with their customer service (to fix an issue I made with my address) they were very responsive and friendly. Strong recommendation.

GBNever shopping here again Never shopping here again. I was a first time shopper on this site and bought a pair $100 slippers which were hard as a rock and slippery. I tried to return (brand new condition) but was told no return or exchange option because they were discounted. After pushing hard they agreed to store credit but there is nothing I want from them. I’m sticking with sites like Amazon who don’t force customers to eat it when they don’t want a product. Lost me as a customer for life.

GBI am impressed with your customer… I am impressed with your customer service. For example, I had entered an incorrect address on my order, and reached out to see what we could do. Customer service responded immediately, assuring me that a new order is being shipped. I love solution based service. I will purchase from The Insole Store again, and recommend them to my friends/family.

GBGreat service! I needed a replacement for a New Balance insole that I have used for years and rely on to keep my feet in good shape (I golf four times a week - walking and carrying my bag.) New Balance had quit making them. The customer service rep at The Insole Store got right back to me and recommended a replacement which has already shipped (free shipping!). Great service!
