Had chat as well as sent photos of product company is cheating customers It’s clear mistake of company to have supplied wrongful size. GBBlessing our troops This is the 9th pair of insoles I have ordered. According to my grandson who is a new Army recruit (working in the radar area) these insoles have been a blessing. GBGreat service! I needed a replacement for a New Balance insole that I have used for years and rely on to keep my feet in good shape (I golf four times a week - walking and carrying my bag.) New Balance had quit making them. The customer service rep at The Insole Store got right back to me and recommended a replacement which has already shipped (free shipping!). Great service!

GBNever shopping here again Never shopping here again. I was a first time shopper on this site and bought a pair $100 slippers which were hard as a rock and slippery. I tried to return (brand new condition) but was told no return or exchange option because they were discounted. After pushing hard they agreed to store credit but there is nothing I want from them. I’m sticking with sites like Amazon who don’t force customers to eat it when they don’t want a product. Lost me as a customer for life.
