Thanks for the insoles I have bought from TheInsoleStore.com for the last approximately 5 years, she doesn't need surgery to fix her issue. She won't wear shoes without them. Had chat as well as sent photos of product company is cheating customers It’s clear mistake of company to have supplied wrongful size. GBDo not order from this store Do not order from this store. They shipped the package in a thin envelope with absolutely no protection. The box for the insoles was completely damaged, the insoles damaged also. I don’t understand why these companies can’t invest a buck or two for a bubble mailer at least. Spend the extra couple bucks to order directly from the manufacturers. My guess is they would care about the products they make enough to package them properly for shipping.
