Powerstep Pinnacle PLUS Orthotic… Powerstep Pinnacle PLUS Orthotic Insoles w/Met. Pad This is the second time I've ordered this insole, and it is one of my all time favorites. I have used several different versions of the Powerstep line in the past, always with satisfactory results, but this model is the best so far, at least according to my feet. As always the Insole Store offered the product at a very fair price, and the whole purchase process was fast and easy. I continue to be favorably impressed by this company.

Do not order from this store Do not order from this store. They shipped the package in a thin envelope with absolutely no protection. The box for the insoles was completely damaged, the insoles damaged also. I don’t understand why these companies can’t invest a buck or two for a bubble mailer at least. Spend the extra couple bucks to order directly from the manufacturers. My guess is they would care about the products they make enough to package them properly for shipping.

Never shopping here again Never shopping here again. I was a first time shopper on this site and bought a pair $100 slippers which were hard as a rock and slippery. I tried to return (brand new condition) but was told no return or exchange option because they were discounted. After pushing hard they agreed to store credit but there is nothing I want from them. I’m sticking with sites like Amazon who don’t force customers to eat it when they don’t want a product. Lost me as a customer for life.
