GBI purchased 3/4 inserts to help with… I purchased 3/4 inserts to help with the pain I have along my arch back to the heel. Not sure what has brought this on but the inserts helped and I was able to use them in my summery-ish Mary Jane shoes. I bought Spenco's because I have a pair of slippers made by them that actually are orthopedic.

GBI couldn't find insoles for my daughter… I couldn't find insoles for my daughter in stores, so I looked online. Thanks for the insoles I have bought from TheInsoleStore.com for the last approximately 5 years, she doesn't need surgery to fix her issue. She won't wear shoes without them. Thank you for supplying what I needed.

GBI am impressed with your customer… I am impressed with your customer service. For example, I had entered an incorrect address on my order, and reached out to see what we could do. Customer service responded immediately, assuring me that a new order is being shipped. I love solution based service. I will purchase from The Insole Store again, and recommend them to my friends/family.

GBNever shopping here again Never shopping here again. I was a first time shopper on this site and bought a pair $100 slippers which were hard as a rock and slippery. I tried to return (brand new condition) but was told no return or exchange option because they were discounted. After pushing hard they agreed to store credit but there is nothing I want from them. I’m sticking with sites like Amazon who don’t force customers to eat it when they don’t want a product. Lost me as a customer for life.
