GBGreat service! I needed a replacement for a New Balance insole that I have used for years and rely on to keep my feet in good shape (I golf four times a week - walking and carrying my bag.) New Balance had quit making them. The customer service rep at The Insole Store got right back to me and recommended a replacement which has already shipped (free shipping!). Great service!

Order number 335426 item PWR- 11146 item held in original packaging, have order sheet as well as packaging sheet showing size as 7 . Had chat as well as sent photos of product company is cheating customers It’s clear mistake of company to have supplied wrongful size. Company confirmed that Sandals were shipped to my address but refused to exchange/ Return Vijay 954-470-0737

I was not sure what to expect with the website at first but after talking with their customer service (to fix an issue I made with my address) they were very responsive and friendly. GBI couldn't find insoles for my daughter… I couldn't find insoles for my daughter in stores, so I looked online. Thanks for the insoles I have bought from TheInsoleStore.com for the last approximately 5 years, she doesn't need surgery to fix her issue. She won't wear shoes without them.
