Had chat as well as sent photos of product company is cheating customers It’s clear mistake of company to have supplied wrongful size. GBI couldn't find insoles for my daughter… I couldn't find insoles for my daughter in stores, so I looked online. Thanks for the insoles I have bought from TheInsoleStore.com for the last approximately 5 years, she doesn't need surgery to fix her issue. She won't wear shoes without them.
