Had chat as well as sent photos of product company is cheating customers It’s clear mistake of company to have supplied wrongful size. GBI couldn't find insoles for my daughter… I couldn't find insoles for my daughter in stores, so I looked online. Thanks for the insoles I have bought from TheInsoleStore.com for the last approximately 5 years, she doesn't need surgery to fix her issue. She won't wear shoes without them. GBBlessing our troops This is the 9th pair of insoles I have ordered. According to my grandson who is a new Army recruit (working in the radar area) these insoles have been a blessing. GBGreat service! I needed a replacement for a New Balance insole that I have used for years and rely on to keep my feet in good shape (I golf four times a week - walking and carrying my bag.) New Balance had quit making them. The customer service rep at The Insole Store got right back to me and recommended a replacement which has already shipped (free shipping!). Great service!
