GBI couldn't find insoles for my daughter… I couldn't find insoles for my daughter in stores, so I looked online. Thanks for the insoles I have bought from TheInsoleStore.com for the last approximately 5 years, she doesn't need surgery to fix her issue. She won't wear shoes without them. Thank you for supplying what I needed.

SEExcellent customer service Ordered 2 special insoles and they were promptly delivered to Sweden. I was not sure what to expect with the website at first but after talking with their customer service (to fix an issue I made with my address) they were very responsive and friendly. Order number 335426 item PWR- 11146 item held in original packaging, have order sheet as well as packaging sheet showing size as 7 . Had chat as well as sent photos of product company is cheating customers It’s clear mistake of company to have supplied wrongful size. Company confirmed that Sandals were shipped to my address but refused to exchange/ Return Vijay 954-470-0737
