Great service! I needed a replacement for a New Balance insole that I have used for years and rely on to keep my feet in good shape (I golf four times a week - walking and carrying my bag.) New Balance had quit making them. The customer service rep at The Insole Store got right back to me and recommended a replacement which has already shipped (free shipping!). Great service!

Do not order from this store Do not order from this store. They shipped the package in a thin envelope with absolutely no protection. The box for the insoles was completely damaged, the insoles damaged also. I don’t understand why these companies can’t invest a buck or two for a bubble mailer at least. Spend the extra couple bucks to order directly from the manufacturers. My guess is they would care about the products they make enough to package them properly for shipping.

I purchased 3/4 inserts to help with… I purchased 3/4 inserts to help with the pain I have along my arch back to the heel. Not sure what has brought this on but the inserts helped and I was able to use them in my summery-ish Mary Jane shoes. I bought Spenco's because I have a pair of slippers made by them that actually are orthopedic.

I couldn't find insoles for my daughter… I couldn't find insoles for my daughter in stores, so I looked online. Thanks for the insoles I have bought from TheInsoleStore.com for the last approximately 5 years, she doesn't need surgery to fix her issue. She won't wear shoes without them. Thank you for supplying what I needed.
