Excellent customer service Ordered 2 special insoles and they were promptly delivered to Sweden. I was not sure what to expect with the website at first but after talking with their customer service (to fix an issue I made with my address) they were very responsive and friendly. Do not order from this store Do not order from this store. They shipped the package in a thin envelope with absolutely no protection. The box for the insoles was completely damaged, the insoles damaged also. I don’t understand why these companies can’t invest a buck or two for a bubble mailer at least. Spend the extra couple bucks to order directly from the manufacturers. My guess is they would care about the products they make enough to package them properly for shipping.
