Had chat as well as sent photos of product company is cheating customers It’s clear mistake of company to have supplied wrongful size. Blessing our troops This is the 9th pair of insoles I have ordered. According to my grandson who is a new Army recruit (working in the radar area) these insoles have been a blessing.
