Never shopping here again Never shopping here again. I was a first time shopper on this site and bought a pair $100 slippers which were hard as a rock and slippery. I tried to return (brand new condition) but was told no return or exchange option because they were discounted. After pushing hard they agreed to store credit but there is nothing I want from them. I’m sticking with sites like Amazon who don’t force customers to eat it when they don’t want a product. Lost me as a customer for life.

Excellent customer service Ordered 2 special insoles and they were promptly delivered to Sweden. I was not sure what to expect with the website at first but after talking with their customer service (to fix an issue I made with my address) they were very responsive and friendly. Strong recommendation.

Soooo Comfy Daddy They were pinpoint accurate in addressing the needs of my child. And she said they were “sooooo comfy cozy daddy” so in fact, there was no trouble for her wearing them repeatedly as required.

Blessing our troops This is the 9th pair of insoles I have ordered. According to my grandson who is a new Army recruit (working in the radar area) these insoles have been a blessing. I couldn't find insoles for my daughter… I couldn't find insoles for my daughter in stores, so I looked online. Thanks for the insoles I have bought from TheInsoleStore.com for the last approximately 5 years, she doesn't need surgery to fix her issue. She won't wear shoes without them. Thank you for supplying what I needed.
