Never shopping here again Never shopping here again. I was a first time shopper on this site and bought a pair $100 slippers which were hard as a rock and slippery. I tried to return (brand new condition) but was told no return or exchange option because they were discounted. After pushing hard they agreed to store credit but there is nothing I want from them. I’m sticking with sites like Amazon who don’t force customers to eat it when they don’t want a product. Lost me as a customer for life.

Great service! I needed a replacement for a New Balance insole that I have used for years and rely on to keep my feet in good shape (I golf four times a week - walking and carrying my bag.) New Balance had quit making them. The customer service rep at The Insole Store got right back to me and recommended a replacement which has already shipped (free shipping!). Great service!

I couldn't find insoles for my daughter… I couldn't find insoles for my daughter in stores, so I looked online. Thanks for the insoles I have bought from TheInsoleStore.com for the last approximately 5 years, she doesn't need surgery to fix her issue. She won't wear shoes without them. Best source for insoles I have found Have ordered from insolestore several times and every time the service has been fast, accurate, and efficient. Prices and selection are excellent. Website is easy to use and informative. They provide lots more info on products than other online vendors including az. Plus, the service is much better. Powerstep Pinnacle PLUS Orthotic… Powerstep Pinnacle PLUS Orthotic Insoles w/Met. Pad This is the second time I've ordered this insole, and it is one of my all time favorites. I have used several different versions of the Powerstep line in the past, always with satisfactory results, but this model is the best so far, at least according to my feet. As always the Insole Store offered the product at a very fair price, and the whole purchase process was fast and easy. I continue to be favorably impressed by this company.
