Blessing our troops This is the 9th pair of insoles I have ordered. According to my grandson who is a new Army recruit (working in the radar area) these insoles have been a blessing. Never shopping here again Never shopping here again. I was a first time shopper on this site and bought a pair $100 slippers which were hard as a rock and slippery. I tried to return (brand new condition) but was told no return or exchange option because they were discounted. After pushing hard they agreed to store credit but there is nothing I want from them. I’m sticking with sites like Amazon who don’t force customers to eat it when they don’t want a product. Lost me as a customer for life.

Great service! I needed a replacement for a New Balance insole that I have used for years and rely on to keep my feet in good shape (I golf four times a week - walking and carrying my bag.) New Balance had quit making them. The customer service rep at The Insole Store got right back to me and recommended a replacement which has already shipped (free shipping!). Great service!
