Never shopping here again Never shopping here again. I was a first time shopper on this site and bought a pair $100 slippers which were hard as a rock and slippery. I tried to return (brand new condition) but was told no return or exchange option because they were discounted. After pushing hard they agreed to store credit but there is nothing I want from them. I’m sticking with sites like Amazon who don’t force customers to eat it when they don’t want a product. Lost me as a customer for life.

I was not sure what to expect with the website at first but after talking with their customer service (to fix an issue I made with my address) they were very responsive and friendly. Powerstep Pinnacle PLUS Orthotic… Powerstep Pinnacle PLUS Orthotic Insoles w/Met. Pad This is the second time I've ordered this insole, and it is one of my all time favorites. I have used several different versions of the Powerstep line in the past, always with satisfactory results, but this model is the best so far, at least according to my feet. As always the Insole Store offered the product at a very fair price, and the whole purchase process was fast and easy. I continue to be favorably impressed by this company.
