I am impressed with your customer… I am impressed with your customer service. For example, I had entered an incorrect address on my order, and reached out to see what we could do. Customer service responded immediately, assuring me that a new order is being shipped. I love solution based service. I will purchase from The Insole Store again, and recommend them to my friends/family.

Never shopping here again Never shopping here again. I was a first time shopper on this site and bought a pair $100 slippers which were hard as a rock and slippery. I tried to return (brand new condition) but was told no return or exchange option because they were discounted. After pushing hard they agreed to store credit but there is nothing I want from them. I’m sticking with sites like Amazon who don’t force customers to eat it when they don’t want a product. Lost me as a customer for life.

Blessing our troops This is the 9th pair of insoles I have ordered. According to my grandson who is a new Army recruit (working in the radar area) these insoles have been a blessing. I will continue ordering these insoles for as long as he needs them. Thank you for your quality product and God Bless our troops!

Found the insoles I needed in stock at… Found the insoles I needed in stock at your store, after two other stores cancelled my orders due to lack of supplies. Received my shipment in perfect condition. Thank you so much! Mitch DeRidder
