MTSCAM avoid it Probably worse service. They offer fake 40,000 free trial. After "sending" 4000 emails I downloaded csv with all sent emails. From that csv I realize that they sent only 158! Rest were duplicates. After I downloaded that file they just close my account without valid reason!! Avoid this is SCAM! On top of that when account is close all links are broken after. So all my subscribers got email with all broken links now!

GBSupport so far has been exemplary A big thank you to Eric Davis for rescuing me after banging my head against the wall dealing with Send Grid, and really appreciate the support and help of Brian Godiksen from the support team in sanity checking our configuration and explaining clearly what we needed to change. Since moving to Socket Labs, our deliverability has increased and very impressed with the very user-friendly dashboard and reporting tools. A genuine breath of fresh air and the support so far has been exemplary

USI'm very happy with SocketLabs I'm very happy with SocketLabs. Deliverability has been significantly higher than other apps I've tried. They employ specific strategies to prevent recipient mail servers from blocking our domain, thereby improving our sender reputation. Also I am impressed with their customer service. Their responses to my questions are always highly personalized and address my issues directly, not like some of the robo-responses you get sometimes from help desks. I would highly recommend SocketLabs to anyone.

MYI've been searching tons of tools that… I've been searching tons of tools that really care about their IP and mailing server reputation because that's the only way to get almost 100% inbox rate. I was previously using A**zon AW* and Mailg** and I decided to switch because they have one of the best whitelisted dedicated IP addresses to use that are not blacklisted anywhere! Support wise, Ginny Lockwood is one of the best customer support representative I've ever worked with. Super proficient and always provide very detailed feedback!

AUHigh praise for the online after sales support team - Socketlabs I have been using SocketLabs for many years. I am extremely happy with the platform. It is indeed a useful and simple program. I would like to mention Ginny Lockwood, Customer Success Rep for the fantastic online support which I received when I had a little glitch. The whole support team do a great job, always happy, friendly and very quick to answer. In the IT world is difficult to find a team who are happy to provide such tremendous after sales service.
