MTSCAM avoid it Probably worse service. They offer fake 40,000 free trial. After "sending" 4000 emails I downloaded csv with all sent emails. From that csv I realize that they sent only 158! Rest were duplicates. After I downloaded that file they just close my account without valid reason!! Avoid this is SCAM! On top of that when account is close all links are broken after. So all my subscribers got email with all broken links now!

GBHonestly, Socket Labs is Excellent! Honestly, Socket Labs is Excellent! Their platform does everything I want it to do and more! on top of being able to load my lists and send emails, their reporting has all the info I want and even gives me domain scoring so I can avoid any kind of spam complaints. Their GUI is a little dated and could use a refresh, but other than that, Socket Labs is the most versatile email system I've found. That's putting them over mail chip and constant contact.

GBWe have used SocketLabs facilities in a non-conventional way We have used SocketLabs facilities in perhaps a non-conventional way and have been very satisfied with the service. The only issue we have had is that some of the devices do not work with the SMTP server for some unknown reason. We use SocketLabs SMTP service to send alarms and status of equipment in the field to those that need to know. In years gone by this was simple to do with virtually any SMTP server you had a relationship with and some even that you did not. This is no longer the case. We are a relatively low volume user of SocketLabs but are very glad that the service exists because there are very few options available out there today.

GBSocketLabs SocketLabs is fairly intuitive to use. It's easy to switch plans based on our volume needs for the month and there are lots of reports available for gathering data on mailings.

AUHigh praise for the online after sales support team - Socketlabs I have been using SocketLabs for many years. I am extremely happy with the platform. It is indeed a useful and simple program. I would like to mention Ginny Lockwood, Customer Success Rep for the fantastic online support which I received when I had a little glitch. The whole support team do a great job, always happy, friendly and very quick to answer. In the IT world is difficult to find a team who are happy to provide such tremendous after sales service. I highly recommend the program and the support given. Well done team, the boss should give you all a raise!
