Reliable delivery of transactional emails with free account for more than a year I have been using Socket Labs for transactional email about a year now and email delivery has significantly improved. Only hotmail still seems to be a problem, but that may be due to my DMARC settings. And the best news: it is completely free, while still having a fully functional dashboard :-) Socketlabs is maybe not as popular as other transactional mail providers, but I am very pleased with them. The only reason that I don't give it 5 stars is that email batches of more than 100 emails are being delayed up to a couple of hours.

They employ specific strategies to prevent recipient mail servers from blocking our domain, thereby improving our sender reputation. Also I am impressed with their customer service. Their responses to my questions are always highly personalized and address my issues directly, not like some of the robo-responses you get sometimes from help desks. I would highly recommend SocketLabs to anyone.
