Sure enough, Socketlabs did not disappoint, and using the service is completely transparent to our users. Thank you!

GBSocketLabs is a solid email marketing… SocketLabs is a solid email marketing platform. Yes, it's UI isn't as streamlined as Constant Contact or other better known platforms, but it's way more powerful. The mailing list management is very good.Where SocketLabs really shines is when it comes send-reports. Their reports are very helpful and their sender score is helpful to gauge to make sure your emails do not end up in spam folders. Their free version is more than enough for a bulk of the businesses, but for larger businesses with a more robust marketing plans, their paid plans are unmatched.

AUHigh praise for the online after sales support team - Socketlabs I have been using SocketLabs for many years. I am extremely happy with the platform. It is indeed a useful and simple program. I would like to mention Ginny Lockwood, Customer Success Rep for the fantastic online support which I received when I had a little glitch. The whole support team do a great job, always happy, friendly and very quick to answer. In the IT world is difficult to find a team who are happy to provide such tremendous after sales service. I highly recommend the program and the support given. Well done team, the boss should give you all a raise!

GBNo out of hours support Until an hour ago i’d have given SocketLabs 5 stars. However they have suspended our server for high spam content, when the same email has been sent out over the past 2weeks 7,000 times. They have also suspended over the weekend when no support is on until Monday afternoon as they are an American company. No weekend support despite their website stating 24/7 support.

GBSupport so far has been exemplary A big thank you to Eric Davis for rescuing me after banging my head against the wall dealing with Send Grid, and really appreciate the support and help of Brian Godiksen from the support team in sanity checking our configuration and explaining clearly what we needed to change. Since moving to Socket Labs, our deliverability has increased and very impressed with the very user-friendly dashboard and reporting tools. A genuine breath of fresh air and the support so far has been exemplary
