CAAs Advertised We are trying to upgrade some pc's to Windows 10. Some will upgrade for free and others won't. It isn't worth the time to find the invoices to fight with Lenovo so the cost of the license is well worth it. License key works perfectly. Have used three of them so far and need at least one more. Have no hesitation in recommending or confirming that the licenses work.

GBUsed to be great but rebranded as… Used to be great but rebranded as United Software and now totally regretting my purchase of windows pro. It will not load on my new laptop and for 24hrs been asking for support or refund but nothing. No phone number, ignoring emails, urgently need these programs but don't want to buy elsewhere if can't get refund and they could help. Ironically they promise support on the website and mailings. Avoid.

GBAfter battling with Microsoft support… After battling with Microsoft support to transfer a digital lcense for Windows 10 from my very old laptop to my newer one i decided I had sp[ent more time than it was worth. I came accress the United Software site and although a bit anxious purchased a copy of Windows 10 Pro. They sent the activation code by email within a couple of minutes and within 10 minutes I had the new laptop up and running! wish I had started with Software Geeks. Fast, cheap and excellent service. I can highly recommend them.

GBWindows 10 Professional Upgrade Having used SoftwareGeeks for my window 7 update a number of years ago I decided they were the only place to go to upgrade to widow 10. Although you have to download the windows product from Microsoft and create a boot CD the instructions were helpful and easy to follow. I decided on a drive upgrade at the same time and completed a full install rather than upgrade and no issues with process, with Key authorised immediately when networked. So pleased bought second licence to upgrade my i3 laptop. Based on cost 5 out of 5

IEProbably the worst and most frustrating… Probably the worst and most frustrating customer experience I have ever come across in my 52 years. I'be been locked out of my account for 3 days just because I changed my phone and the authenticator app stopped working. There is then NO way to contact Microsoft. Upon finally finding a number i was sent into a loop of hell - being left on hold for approx 6 hours in total. At the end I rang back to original number and they finally gave me a ticket - I was then told I'd be called back but a FULL day later I have still heard nothing. I am paying for a subscription I can't use. And the Authenticator app on my new phone needs an Authenticator app to approve it - it's just bonkers. Clearly I'm not alone based on other google searches - people have been left for days without use of Office, As a small business owner this is very stressful
