License key has stopped working The Microsoft Professional Plus 2019 license that I bought has stopped working, softwaregeeks has now rebranded as "theunitysoft.com" and no longer recognises my old account. The support page on theunitysoft.com is blank so there is no support available.

Unclear Process Few, if any, instructions on what and how to download - not made clear whether can download both 32 bit and 64 bit versions or just one of these versions. Link to installation and activation instructions was broken. Had to guess what to do.

As Advertised We are trying to upgrade some pc's to Windows 10. Some will upgrade for free and others won't. It isn't worth the time to find the invoices to fight with Lenovo so the cost of the license is well worth it. License key works perfectly. Have used three of them so far and need at least one more. Have no hesitation in recommending or confirming that the licenses work.

Disappointed Really poor service when we needed it most. Have been locked out of our Microsoft 365 business. Have tried for 4 days now to get this sorted. Have explained that we cannot access our business emails so this is urgent.told someone would call us today, but no call! A very stressful week. I think this is when you see how good the service is that your paying for, when you have an issue and need help to sort. Very disappointed indeed Microsoft!
