After 35 years of professional… After 35 years of professional photography, I finally can rely on a service that works for me and my clients...Shoot proof had made my life and business operation so much easier, regardless of how seldom we use the site, but those few times had been worth the money spent for the entire year! Thank you guys! keep up the great work

Really great to work with Really great to work with . Very easy to figure out how to work with it and they have tutorials if you need help. Very customizable. Would recommend to every photographer. Being able to deliver photo without a flash drive or use of dropbox is very convenient. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the commerce end needs a little tweaking. it can be a bit confusing to track if you have many order coming in at once. so its really a 4.5 star review

Went from loving it to hating it Went from loving it to hating it! I've used it for years and suddenly it all went downhill. One of my clients ordered prints for the first time and somehow I lost $55 on the entire order because Shootproof screwed up! For some weird reason, they decided to change the prices on my prints without telling me anything!!!! On top of that, there was a shipping fee that the client should have been charged (NOT ME) because that's how I set it up but they charged me!! And all the extra fees I was completely unaware of!!! I wrote to them 3 TIMES with a complaint and not a single of my emails has been answered!!!! It's been about a month and they're just simply ignoring me. Now I hate Shootproof with a passion and will LITERALLY NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

This site has been a game-changer for… This site has been a game-changer for my business! Having the ability to easily store client contact information, send invoices, collect payments, send galleries and sell products all with one company and at a price. For someone just getting started or even someone in business for years, this is a company you can actually afford! Shootproof has been a huge help in streamlining my business needs so I have more time for family. 4.5 stars

I love Shootproof I love Shootproof. It has made it so much easier to put all of my business into one site. My galleries, contracts, invoices, contacts and so many things all in one place. I love how beautiful and professional the galleries look when I send them to my clients. I refer everyone to Shootproof. The only thing I would request is that they find a way to better download and save all the monetary spreadsheets. It becomes very time consuming and difficult at tax time to go through and save all of the numbers item by item.
