GBHelpful customer service and prompt follow through We purchased a HUUM Drop sauna heater from Nordica Sauna in December 2023, and the customer service from Nordica has been essential to install and use the heater. 1.) We missed applying a discount code, which Nordica quickly applied and refunded the extra cost after our request. 2. More importantly, Nordica customer service helped us diagnose an issue with the installation. The electrician we hired made an installation mistake. Nordica identified the issue and sent a replacement part, free of charge. We're extremely happy we purchased with Nordica, and plan to buy accessories from them.
