GBAmazing- proactive customer service We had a great experience with Nordica. The customer service was amazing. Our only frustration was with the manufacturer (SunRay) when 2 pieces of our sauna came defective. However, the Nordica team was very proactive and responsive in contacting the manufacturer to send us new parts for free. Maja is great!

GBGreat with a couple of minor issues Just tried it. It’s fantastic. Packaging was awesome. The only two problems we had were: 1) the brackets provided on the left wall was not the right fit. So we just used the bracket that came with the heater unit 2) the only damaged part was the water bucket. It would be great if you can send a replacement. It was cracked right through.
