USLoving home sauna convenience Ordering, receiving and setting up our Maxxus Golden Designs 2 person sauna has been such an easy process. Ordering was quick, we received a call from the shipping company about 3 weeks after the order was placed to confirm delivery time, they dropped it off undamaged, and we had it set up and running in an hour. We did have an electrician run a dedicated line. And we’ve been using our sauna regularly. I had been using a traditional sauna at my gym previously in which ambient temps would be in the 180 degrees. Infrared doesn’t have the same uncomfortably hot feel, but I get a great dripping sweat! I typically let it heat up for 30 minutes, then go in it for 30 minutes. The one thing I should mention is that it really isn’t big enough for 2 people to be comfortable.

USGreat Experience! Great Company! Nordica is a great company. They had the best prices and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for my handmade barrel sauna. They made it easy to place my orders through my Health Savings Account (HSA) and were able to source aluminum barrel sauna bands for me. They also had Huum send an extra box of sauna rocks when my Hive Heat stove kit came up a couple of rungs short from filling the hive cage. I highly recommend Nordica!

USGreat with a couple of minor issues Just tried it. It’s fantastic. Packaging was awesome. The only two problems we had were: 1) the brackets provided on the left wall was not the right fit. So we just used the bracket that came with the heater unit 2) the only damaged part was the water bucket. It would be great if you can send a replacement. It was cracked right through.

USHelpful customer service and prompt follow through We purchased a HUUM Drop sauna heater from Nordica Sauna in December 2023, and the customer service from Nordica has been essential to install and use the heater. 1.) We missed applying a discount code, which Nordica quickly applied and refunded the extra cost after our request. 2. More importantly, Nordica customer service helped us diagnose an issue with the installation. The electrician we hired made an installation mistake. Nordica identified the issue and sent a replacement part, free of charge. We're extremely happy we purchased with Nordica, and plan to buy accessories from them.
