GBI ordere 2023… I ordered my sauna in December 2023 right when the sauna fad seem like it took off so it’s understandable that the wait was a little longer than usual but I was still provided. Great service and constant updates. I like the fact that I always had only one individual respond to me .Shout out to Maja for great service.

They were extremely kind and patient with me helping me make the purchase of my first sauna. They also shipped my sauna to me and it got here quicker than even Amazon prime packages!!!
