They didn’t hesitate to price match and… They didn’t hesitate to price match and the sauna arrived in a few days after placing the order. Much quicker than anticipated! Great customer service and no complaints so far.

Good overall for the price Sauna itself is good. Perfect size for two people. Gets hot quickly. Set up was easy. Downside was the packing and shipping. The box with all the smaller pieces and electronics just had them sliding around into each other in a big tangled mess. Thankfully everything seems to be working fine! But after opening that box I was very concerned. The walls had many bumps and dents. Edges bent in and pieces or the siding peeling. Some shingles had fallen off the roof. Fortunately it was mostly all cosmetic, or easy enough to repair. But when you spend thousands of dollars, your wife won’t be please with the bumps and bruises

Loving home sauna convenience Ordering, receiving and setting up our Maxxus Golden Designs 2 person sauna has been such an easy process. Ordering was quick, we received a call from the shipping company about 3 weeks after the order was placed to confirm delivery time, they dropped it off undamaged, and we had it set up and running in an hour. We did have an electrician run a dedicated line. And we’ve been using our sauna regularly. I had been using a traditional sauna at my gym previously in which ambient temps would be in the 180 degrees. Infrared doesn’t have the same uncomfortably hot feel, but I get a great dripping sweat! I typically let it heat up for 30 minutes, then go in it for 30 minutes. The one thing I should mention is that it really isn’t big enough for 2 people to be comfortable.

Great with a couple of minor issues Just tried it. It’s fantastic. Packaging was awesome. The only two problems we had were: 1) the brackets provided on the left wall was not the right fit. So we just used the bracket that came with the heater unit 2) the only damaged part was the water bucket. It would be great if you can send a replacement. It was cracked right through.
