Free account gets disabled Every so often my free account gets disabled. And that is fine and of course up to xsusenet. What is not fine is that I never get any response as to why the free account gets disabled. Some feedback would show that there is a customer service behind the usenet provider. Their FAQ on this item is of no help as I comply with all the terms and conditions. I am impressed however with their high level of 100% completion for articles.

Great services I'm using their free account as a back for my last hope when I cannot use my other accounts to find contents. Surprisingly XS did a great job to help my find missing contents. Highly recommend them not matter you need a free backup or a main unlimited account.

A year subscription deleted after 2 months and they don't answer mails A year subscription deleted after 2 month. Since a week I can not login anymore although I have a paid account valid for 1 year but they deleted my account for no good reason. The account was valid until october 2020, but is useless now. Worst of all they won't answer to any of the messages posted on their website.

Support is abysmal I have had this service for months, even years. I continually receive authentication errors from my newsreader (never happened with any other usenet service provider I have used). I tried to get support to resolve, but they are totally useless. After many messages, they always resort to 'create a new account.' The error was mainly a nuisance error...that is, if I ignored it downloads would still happen, but about every few months I am unable to download anything. And every time support has no clue or no ability to help.

No support. Was using the free account, but then somehow my account got closed. Submitted a ticket, no reply since 2 weeks. Then I tried the contact form, also no reply for a week. Looks like i'm not going to get any reply from them. Also the SSL certificate for the "My account" section of the site was expired for at least two weeks. I mentioned this to them on the second day, also no reply.
