GBSupport is abysmal I have had this service for months, even years. I continually receive authentication errors from my newsreader (never happened with any other usenet service provider I have used). I tried to get support to resolve, but they are totally useless. After many messages, they always resort to 'create a new account.' The error was mainly a nuisance error...that is, if I ignored it downloads would still happen, but about every few months I am unable to download anything. And every time support has no clue or no ability to help.

ROUnable to renew paid service Renewed my subscription, my card was properly charged, and yet my service is about to expired. There's no support whatsoever, or at least no one has replied to my email or tickets for 2 days already. Fear I will have to do a chargeback and move to another service.

GBGreat free (and paid) Usenet/NNTP service As one of the very few Usenet/NNTP services out there that still offers a free subscription, as well as paid, I can’t give them less than 5 stars. The speed of the free subscription isn’t the greatest, but it’s free and faster than the other free services still left (if you can find them). You only have to renew once a month and you get 25GB to download each month. That’s excellent for free and you really can’t expect more without paying, since it does cost them.

NLA year subscription deleted after 2 months and they don't answer mails A year subscription deleted after 2 month. Since a week I can not login anymore although I have a paid account valid for 1 year but they deleted my account for no good reason. The account was valid until october 2020, but is useless now. Worst of all they won't answer to any of the messages posted on their website.

NLI used the free version I used the free version. It's slow offcourse 2 Mb's. The files become larger and larger. I suggest increase the speed of the free version
