Paid for a full year Paid for a full year. After confimation I couldn't upgrade to the full year connection. Send a mail, placed a ticket but no reaction from the "excellent" team. What kind of organisation is this! Crooks. Not worth a penny.

A year subscription deleted after 2 months and they don't answer mails A year subscription deleted after 2 month. Since a week I can not login anymore although I have a paid account valid for 1 year but they deleted my account for no good reason. The account was valid until october 2020, but is useless now. Worst of all they won't answer to any of the messages posted on their website.

Great services I'm using their free account as a back for my last hope when I cannot use my other accounts to find contents. Surprisingly XS did a great job to help my find missing contents. Highly recommend them not matter you need a free backup or a main unlimited account.

I used the free version I used the free version. It's slow offcourse 2 Mb's. The files become larger and larger. I suggest increase the speed of the free version

I was an XSUsenet customer since 2018 I was an XSUsenet customer since 2018. I was happy with the service until earlier this month. First they let their site SSL cert expire and then none of my payments were credited to my subscription. When I submitted a ticket for support it was closed by an Admin with no explanation. None of my inquiries were responded to. Not sure what happened but it looks like somone ran off with all the money.
