DENo support. Was using the free account, but then somehow my account got closed. Submitted a ticket, no reply since 2 weeks. Then I tried the contact form, also no reply for a week. Looks like i'm not going to get any reply from them. Also the SSL certificate for the "My account" section of the site was expired for at least two weeks. I mentioned this to them on the second day, also no reply.

ZAFree tiers are usually rubbish Digging the service. Most services' free tiers are so restrictive that it's not worth bothering but XS deliver. They're not spammy, and they keep to their word. Keep it up!

GBGreat services I'm using their free account as a back for my last hope when I cannot use my other accounts to find contents. Surprisingly XS did a great job to help my find missing contents. Highly recommend them not matter you need a free backup or a main unlimited account.

NLA year subscription deleted after 2 months and they don't answer mails A year subscription deleted after 2 month. Since a week I can not login anymore although I have a paid account valid for 1 year but they deleted my account for no good reason. The account was valid until october 2020, but is useless now. Worst of all they won't answer to any of the messages posted on their website.

GBNo longer working. I've used their free service on and off for a few years and it worked well until they changed the system recently. Now the account will not work, the support is not existent and will not get any replies, the knowledge base consists of 2 pages, one gives the server details, which don't work and the other says simply "test". Sadly xsusenet.com has gone from good to completely useless. Time to move on.
