Unable to renew paid service Renewed my subscription, my card was properly charged, and yet my service is about to expired. There's no support whatsoever, or at least no one has replied to my email or tickets for 2 days already. Fear I will have to do a chargeback and move to another service.

Beware if you have a problem The usenet service is fine. The VPN has also been fine, But beware! I tried to renew the VPN on 24 September and paid by credit card. they took my money but did not change the account expiry date. I left numerous messages and raised tickets to try and sort this out but XS Usenet did not reply.

Since a week I can not login anymore although I have a paid account valid for 1 year but they deleted my account for no good reason. The account was valid until october 2020, but is useless now. Worst of all they won't answer to any of the messages posted on their website.
