I had a Zoom interview with them I had a Zoom interview with them. It was the most unprofessional thing I'd ever witnessed, I'll spare the details. They discriminated against me because I'm in a wheelchair. Steer clear of this organization.

Cretins Hired this company to look at our on line presence, poor service from account manager, and cost was way over the top. Questionable tactics. Avoid using.

No idea where they got my name from I got an email saying if I don't sign up to their PRO service they can't continue removing my details. Wha??? I'd never even heard of them before now, but apparently I have an account with them! I can only guess that when I've signed up to something else it has linked to them. So, I'm trying to find a way to close the account as I really don't want to have ANYTHING to do with them but of course there's no way to do this without contacting them - I try to instant chat but as soon as I hit "enter" the window closes. They sound like complete cowboys to me, and VERY dodgy.

Lack of Commitment and Integration Issues with Reputation's Customer Service I am thoroughly disappointed with the Reputation customer services and integration team. Despite the system's great reporting features, the constant issues with integrations have overshadowed any positives. The lack of ownership and commitment from their team, excluding a few exceptions, is frustrating. Communication is sparse, follow-up meetings are canceled, and problem resolution is minimal. I would not recommend this system due to these ongoing integration problems. A reevaluation of their customer service practices is urgently needed.

Happy Customer Our company has been using Reputation.com for several years now. I LOVE the one-stop-shop for managing everything. We use them for surveys, and online review management and recently added the social media component. Very user-friendly, great insights, and analytic reports. I love the workflow from our onsite teams to upper management for review and approval prior to publishing. Great product.
