Powerful review platform Reputation does what I need it to do in the property management industry. Responding to reviews is so quick and easy. I like that all reviews come into one dashboard, and the prefilled responses make it so quick. There are so many options for reports and you can even make custom ones if you can't find what you're looking for. I wish some things on the back end were easier to set up. Not everything is self-explanatory and some things support has to fix for me. I do wish it was easier to send review requests to customers - that's something Reputation is lacking. Overall it's a solid reputation management platform.

Worse company I’ve ever had the… Worse company I’ve ever had the displeasure to work with. It’s an oxymoron that reputation.com couldn’t care less about their reputation. Their sales rep. Lied and the entire company works together to cover up. They will do anything to keep you locked in a year contract even if they are not meeting their obligation. We are currently paying for a service even though half of what they were supposed to provide was never implemented. We spoke to over 8 different people, they pass you from person to person and NOBODY gives a damn. They just want your money. Real crooks. I am glad I’m almost done with literally throwing my money away for 12 months. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worse enemy. very dishonest people!

Great Experience with Excellent Results My company is current a client of Reputation, and we could not be more happy with our experience. We first signed on with them to for business listing management and review requesting tools, then we added on the review responding feature and also just moved our customer surveys to their platform. We have seen our review volume increase drastically and have received a record number of reviews last month. We are a franchise model and our franchisees are pleased with the ease of the dashboard and app. Their technical support team also always meets our needs, and we get a lot of support from our Customer Success Manager and team. We plan to stay partnered with Reputation for a long time!

Unjust and unrealistic. This platform continues to be unrealistic. In a world where everyone is quick to complain and barely anyone want to take to time of day to leave positive comments even after a good experience. The calculations of this site are unjust. This site can cost people jobs when they do not think about the weight of the rep score can carry.
