GBWorse company I’ve ever had the… Worse company I’ve ever had the displeasure to work with. It’s an oxymoron that reputation.com couldn’t care less about their reputation. Their sales rep. Lied and the entire company works together to cover up. They will do anything to keep you locked in a year contract even if they are not meeting their obligation. We are currently paying for a service even though half of what they were supposed to provide was never implemented. We spoke to over 8 different people, they pass you from person to person and NOBODY gives a damn. They just want your money. Real crooks. I am glad I’m almost done with literally throwing my money away for 12 months. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worse enemy. very dishonest people!

GBHappy Customer Our company has been using Reputation.com for several years now. I LOVE the one-stop-shop for managing everything. We use them for surveys, and online review management and recently added the social media component. Very user-friendly, great insights, and analytic reports. I love the workflow from our onsite teams to upper management for review and approval prior to publishing. Great product.

GBanother poor data collection management… another poor data collection management company that is so out of reach with live information gathering.Reputation's claim of being an expert in reputation management is highly questionable. Throughout our engagement, it became evident that they lacked the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage our online reputation. Their strategies were outdated and ineffective, resulting in negligible improvements in our online presence. It felt like they were simply going through the motions without any genuine understanding of our unique business needs.

GBBuyer beware Buyer beware. This company makes false promises. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. It's hard to manage your reputation score with incomplete data coming from its platform. When problems were found the Reputations team were unable to fix the issues. Company executive to NOT care about their customers. There are other Reputation management companies out there that can do a much better job. Don't waste your money on this one.
