We are just in the implementation phase so I can circle back with more feedback once we are up and running with all modules. We have only had one expert from the company who has been very busy and therefore not as quick to respond as would be our preference. Maybe they need to hire more resources to cover this aspect of the business.

GBLack of Commitment and Integration Issues with Reputation's Customer Service I am thoroughly disappointed with the Reputation customer services and integration team. Despite the system's great reporting features, the constant issues with integrations have overshadowed any positives. The lack of ownership and commitment from their team, excluding a few exceptions, is frustrating. Communication is sparse, follow-up meetings are canceled, and problem resolution is minimal. I would not recommend this system due to these ongoing integration problems. A reevaluation of their customer service practices is urgently needed.

GBUnjust and unrealistic. This platform continues to be unrealistic. In a world where everyone is quick to complain and barely anyone want to take to time of day to leave positive comments even after a good experience. The calculations of this site are unjust. This site can cost people jobs when they do not think about the weight of the rep score can carry.

GBBuyer beware Buyer beware. This company makes false promises. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. It's hard to manage your reputation score with incomplete data coming from its platform. When problems were found the Reputations team were unable to fix the issues. Company executive to NOT care about their customers. There are other Reputation management companies out there that can do a much better job. Don't waste your money on this one.
