USGreat Experience with Excellent Results My company is current a client of Reputation, and we could not be more happy with our experience. We first signed on with them to for business listing management and review requesting tools, then we added on the review responding feature and also just moved our customer surveys to their platform. We have seen our review volume increase drastically and have received a record number of reviews last month. We are a franchise model and our franchisees are pleased with the ease of the dashboard and app. Their technical support team also always meets our needs, and we get a lot of support from our Customer Success Manager and team. We plan to stay partnered with Reputation for a long time!

USI had a Zoom interview with them I had a Zoom interview with them. It was the most unprofessional thing I'd ever witnessed, I'll spare the details. They discriminated against me because I'm in a wheelchair. Steer clear of this organization.

USBuyer beware Buyer beware. This company makes false promises. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. It's hard to manage your reputation score with incomplete data coming from its platform. When problems were found the Reputations team were unable to fix the issues. Company executive to NOT care about their customers. There are other Reputation management companies out there that can do a much better job. Don't waste your money on this one.

USValuable Partner! I have specifically worked with SIM partners which was acquired by Reputation.com not too long ago. They have been a valuable partner and offer swift and reliable service. Any requests or questions we have are investigated and resolved quickly with an abundant amount of communication throughout the process. Our account rep is honestly amazing with all that she handles and accomplishes for us.

USOur Sales representative was great as… Our Sales representative was great as is our Project Manager. We are just in the implementation phase so I can circle back with more feedback once we are up and running with all modules. We have only had one expert from the company who has been very busy and therefore not as quick to respond as would be our preference. Maybe they need to hire more resources to cover this aspect of the business.
