Cretins Hired this company to look at our on line presence, poor service from account manager, and cost was way over the top. Questionable tactics. Avoid using.

Overcharged my credit card they advertised a product for $44, and then charged $65 from my account. I immediately requested to cancel my order but they said it’s already sent so they can’t cancel it. LOL. according to them, they shipped my product after just 5 minutes. 100% scam

Unjust and unrealistic. This platform continues to be unrealistic. In a world where everyone is quick to complain and barely anyone want to take to time of day to leave positive comments even after a good experience. The calculations of this site are unjust. This site can cost people jobs when they do not think about the weight of the rep score can carry.

Buyer beware Buyer beware. This company makes false promises. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. It's hard to manage your reputation score with incomplete data coming from its platform. When problems were found the Reputations team were unable to fix the issues. Company executive to NOT care about their customers. There are other Reputation management companies out there that can do a much better job. Don't waste your money on this one.

Pleased with our decision Very thankful that our company found Reputation. The platform itself is great, but the support team and our rep, Candise, make it even better. They are quick to reply and always willing to talk through new strategies and any questions.
