Great company Great company. I work directly with Kathleen and she is nothing short of amazing. She has quick and timely responses and is incredibly helpful. It is very apparent that she cares about helping us out through her impeccable attention to detail (we have 2000+ locations and growing). Can't recommend their services enough.

Worse company I’ve ever had the… Worse company I’ve ever had the displeasure to work with. It’s an oxymoron that reputation.com couldn’t care less about their reputation. Their sales rep. Lied and the entire company works together to cover up. They will do anything to keep you locked in a year contract even if they are not meeting their obligation. We are currently paying for a service even though half of what they were supposed to provide was never implemented. We spoke to over 8 different people, they pass you from person to person and NOBODY gives a damn. They just want your money. Real crooks. I am glad I’m almost done with literally throwing my money away for 12 months. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worse enemy. very dishonest people!

Do your homework before choosing Reputation.com First, know that I didn’t pick them, I inherited the management of Reputation.com at my company. In the past I’ve worked with the top Customer Feedback Management (CFM) vendors in the space and had never heard of Reputation.com. I gave them a chance, and perhaps I got a little spoiled by my previous experience, but they have failed miserably. Never have I been treated so poorly by a vendor. Whenever we have issues, we are ignored by the Account Manager and CSM. I have to give credit to their technical support though as they fill in where the other two fall short. Their survey, data analysis and reporting capabilities pale in comparison to the leading CFM vendors. I don’t recommend them at all. Do your homework and don’t be driven by just price when choosing a CFM vendor.

Powerful review platform Reputation does what I need it to do in the property management industry. Responding to reviews is so quick and easy. I like that all reviews come into one dashboard, and the prefilled responses make it so quick. There are so many options for reports and you can even make custom ones if you can't find what you're looking for. I wish some things on the back end were easier to set up. Not everything is self-explanatory and some things support has to fix for me. I do wish it was easier to send review requests to customers - that's something Reputation is lacking. Overall it's a solid reputation management platform.

Our Sales representative was great as… Our Sales representative was great as is our Project Manager. We are just in the implementation phase so I can circle back with more feedback once we are up and running with all modules. We have only had one expert from the company who has been very busy and therefore not as quick to respond as would be our preference. Maybe they need to hire more resources to cover this aspect of the business.
