Our Sales representative was great as… Our Sales representative was great as is our Project Manager. We are just in the implementation phase so I can circle back with more feedback once we are up and running with all modules. We have only had one expert from the company who has been very busy and therefore not as quick to respond as would be our preference. Maybe they need to hire more resources to cover this aspect of the business.

Valuable Partner! I have specifically worked with SIM partners which was acquired by Reputation.com not too long ago. They have been a valuable partner and offer swift and reliable service. Any requests or questions we have are investigated and resolved quickly with an abundant amount of communication throughout the process. Our account rep is honestly amazing with all that she handles and accomplishes for us.

another poor data collection management… another poor data collection management company that is so out of reach with live information gathering.Reputation's claim of being an expert in reputation management is highly questionable. Throughout our engagement, it became evident that they lacked the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage our online reputation. Their strategies were outdated and ineffective, resulting in negligible improvements in our online presence. It felt like they were simply going through the motions without any genuine understanding of our unique business needs.

Worse company I’ve ever had the… Worse company I’ve ever had the displeasure to work with. It’s an oxymoron that reputation.com couldn’t care less about their reputation. Their sales rep. Lied and the entire company works together to cover up. They will do anything to keep you locked in a year contract even if they are not meeting their obligation. We are currently paying for a service even though half of what they were supposed to provide was never implemented. We spoke to over 8 different people, they pass you from person to person and NOBODY gives a damn. They just want your money. Real crooks. I am glad I’m almost done with literally throwing my money away for 12 months. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worse enemy. very dishonest people!

Buyer beware Buyer beware. This company makes false promises. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. It's hard to manage your reputation score with incomplete data coming from its platform. When problems were found the Reputations team were unable to fix the issues. Company executive to NOT care about their customers. There are other Reputation management companies out there that can do a much better job. Don't waste your money on this one.
