USDo your homework before choosing Reputation.com First, know that I didn’t pick them, I inherited the management of Reputation.com at my company. In the past I’ve worked with the top Customer Feedback Management (CFM) vendors in the space and had never heard of Reputation.com. I gave them a chance, and perhaps I got a little spoiled by my previous experience, but they have failed miserably. Never have I been treated so poorly by a vendor. Whenever we have issues, we are ignored by the Account Manager and CSM. I have to give credit to their technical support though as they fill in where the other two fall short. Their survey, data analysis and reporting capabilities pale in comparison to the leading CFM vendors. I don’t recommend them at all. Do your homework and don’t be driven by just price when choosing a CFM vendor.

USLack of Commitment and Integration Issues with Reputation's Customer Service I am thoroughly disappointed with the Reputation customer services and integration team. Despite the system's great reporting features, the constant issues with integrations have overshadowed any positives. The lack of ownership and commitment from their team, excluding a few exceptions, is frustrating. Communication is sparse, follow-up meetings are canceled, and problem resolution is minimal. I would not recommend this system due to these ongoing integration problems. A reevaluation of their customer service practices is urgently needed.

GBanother poor data collection management… another poor data collection management company that is so out of reach with live information gathering.Reputation's claim of being an expert in reputation management is highly questionable. Throughout our engagement, it became evident that they lacked the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage our online reputation. Their strategies were outdated and ineffective, resulting in negligible improvements in our online presence. It felt like they were simply going through the motions without any genuine understanding of our unique business needs.

AUOvercharged my credit card they advertised a product for $44, and then charged $65 from my account. I immediately requested to cancel my order but they said it’s already sent so they can’t cancel it. LOL. according to them, they shipped my product after just 5 minutes. 100% scam

GBUnjust and unrealistic. This platform continues to be unrealistic. In a world where everyone is quick to complain and barely anyone want to take to time of day to leave positive comments even after a good experience. The calculations of this site are unjust. This site can cost people jobs when they do not think about the weight of the rep score can carry.
