The internet is great when it works… The internet is great when it works however there are constant outages alusuaply lasting more than a day. As I write this pur internet has been down for 5 days now. They dont answer the ohone, won't respond to emails and won't return messages. Absolutely stay away from this company

No complaints. Quality service. The install was clean and no mess was left. Service has been consistent (beats the hell out of suddenlink). Only issue I've had is the signal booster needs to be restarted if there's a power outage (rare). Otherwise, im tickled with the price and quality.

INSTALLATION IS HORRIBLE They dug up in the wrong places. Then they broke sprinkler lines that they promised to repair. Without a joke a three year old could have done better. Major leaks and they keep moving forward to install more lines. They must be getting paid by the foot without any consideration on the work being done. Pathetic at best.

so happy with open infra We have only had open infra for about a few months and so far we are satisfied. I understand that sometimes it would be slow or go out but that’s because it’s a new company but once it get settled they would work really good. Before we went with them, I noticed that they are more settled in Europe and is starting in the US but all of the reviews I read and the research that I’ve made, I decided to take a chance on them. I trust that they were not a spam became of the research that I did and you actually get a real person rather than a recording when you do call them. The main thing that I love from them is the customer service, they are always really nice and try their best to help you and give you information. Open Infra fiber optic - bad idea They are trying to lay line in Aubrey, TX. Installation crews have been boring/digging through residential water lines all summer. We are without water this evening; they hit a main line in our area today. As they bore, they leave you a sludge mess in your property’s bar ditch. This is progress?
