Openinfra - bad communication and customer service Scheduled a “free” install that kept being rescheduled via text without any communication with me. When I called, the representative was not helpful in getting me the information I wanted as I no longer want anyone installing anything in my yard and their main office is in TX and I’m in FL. She canceled my account (didn’t know one was created) but I still don’t know if anyone will try to show up at the later date. Based on my experience and other reviews, I will not work with them.

INSTALLATION IS HORRIBLE They dug up in the wrong places. Then they broke sprinkler lines that they promised to repair. Without a joke a three year old could have done better. Major leaks and they keep moving forward to install more lines. They must be getting paid by the foot without any consideration on the work being done. Pathetic at best.

Haven't gotten service from them yet! Haven't gotten service from them yet but, have reached out to them. Their service crew guys were good fellows and not only worked hard but, were extremely polite. I am anxious to get things underway ASAP once their crews have finished installing throughout my area. They are worth a chance and based on what I understand is their billing should be a good bargain. Someone please get back to me for startup information.

Open Infra fiber optic - bad idea They are trying to lay line in Aubrey, TX. Installation crews have been boring/digging through residential water lines all summer. We are without water this evening; they hit a main line in our area today. As they bore, they leave you a sludge mess in your property’s bar ditch. This is progress?

Open Infra could require portable shade… Open Infra could require portable shade units (they are cheap) be provided fir their workers who are DIGGING IN THE SUN BY HAND IN 100+ DEGREE WEATHER. I have messaged them and they responded that they'd look into it but it was thru a 3rd party. I responded that it was their name on this project and their responsibility. Such disregard for human life is shameful when some small provisions could help avoid heat related illnesses.
