INSTALLATION IS HORRIBLE They dug up in the wrong places. Then they broke sprinkler lines that they promised to repair. Without a joke a three year old could have done better. Major leaks and they keep moving forward to install more lines. They must be getting paid by the foot without any consideration on the work being done. Pathetic at best.

Open Infra, lack of communication, SCAM Open Infra, specifically, Albert Perez, told me to hook up to the fiber cable was FREE. Further, I was told I'd get to pick my provider, if I decided to use the service. 100% a LIE. I've now recieved a bill for service from a company that I've never heard about, including the list given to me. This company has no phone number or any other information in regards to contact. WARNING !!!!

Open Infra fiber optic - bad idea They are trying to lay line in Aubrey, TX. Installation crews have been boring/digging through residential water lines all summer. We are without water this evening; they hit a main line in our area today. As they bore, they leave you a sludge mess in your property’s bar ditch. This is progress?

I'm not even a customer of theirs I'm not even a customer of theirs, yet they somehow have the right to dig up my yard to lay down their cable. So, if you decide not to sign up cause you didn't want them digging up your yard and possibly damaging whatever lines are in their way, tough for you, cause apparently they can just dig wherever they please

Very Bad Customer Service Installation of fiber in our area was only supposed to take 6 to 8 months. It took about 14 months. During that time, there were no updates provided unless I contacted them. On 3-4-24 when I contacted them, they told me that I should have service and just needed to connect my router and get my account set up. It didn't work so they scheduled a tech to come out on 3-11-24. The tech tested the fiber and said we would need another line ran to the house because the current one must be bad. once again, I have had to contact them 3 different times to find out when someone was coming out. All they could tell me was that they didn't do that part and can only tell the contractors they need to come out. The last communication was 4-2-24 from me and I still have no response and no internet on 4-19-24. If you use them, don't expect them to be proactive. Just know that you are going to have to beg and plead to be their customer and give them money. I can't speak to how they are if you are finally able to become a customer because we never got to that point.
