GBStay away!! Stay away!!! This people are the worst they duped my son to sign two years contract and promise all the best that fiber is now we are without internet at least one day a week broadband with next link we had before never went out

GBso happy with open infra We have only had open infra for about a few months and so far we are satisfied. I understand that sometimes it would be slow or go out but that’s because it’s a new company but once it get settled they would work really good. Before we went with them, I noticed that they are more settled in Europe and is starting in the US but all of the reviews I read and the research that I’ve made, I decided to take a chance on them. I trust that they were not a spam became of the research that I did and you actually get a real person rather than a recording when you do call them. The main thing that I love from them is the customer service, they are always really nice and try their best to help you and give you information. The internet company I had before I hated the customer service. I am very happy and pleased with open infra

GBI've been told for months that service… I've been told for months that service was going to be turned on in my area within 2-3 weeks. Nothing. Call customer service and it's some over seas call center with useless people who don't speak good English. I get told the same thing every time.. "I reached out to our installation team and was not able to get an answer but I will send in a message for them and I will personally follow up with you in 1-2 days". Weeks go by, no follow up.

GBI'm not even a customer of theirs I'm not even a customer of theirs, yet they somehow have the right to dig up my yard to lay down their cable. So, if you decide not to sign up cause you didn't want them digging up your yard and possibly damaging whatever lines are in their way, tough for you, cause apparently they can just dig wherever they please

GBTHEY ARE CRAPY INTERNET PROVIDER THEY ARE CRAPY INTERNET PROVIDER, WORST THAN CABLE INTERNET FROM SPECTRUM. SUPPOSEDLY THEY HAVE 1K MBPS AND IS WORST THAN THE 500 MBPS OF SPECTRUM OR ANY OLD DSL SYSTEM. I HOPE THEY GET ME OFF THEIR CONTRACT OR GIVE ME CREDIT FOR EVERY MONTH OF CRAPY SERVICE. EVEN CALING EVOLUTION FIBER OR OPEN INFRA IS A NIGHTMARE. EVEN TO TRY TO PAY THEM IS A NIGHTMARE AND THE USE A 3ER PARTY BILLING, THAT ONLY THEM HEARD OFF.
