Their service crew guys were good fellows and not only worked hard but, were extremely polite. I am anxious to get things underway ASAP once their crews have finished installing throughout my area. They are worth a chance and based on what I understand is their billing should be a good bargain. Someone please get back to me for startup information.

Open Infra, lack of communication, SCAM Open Infra,specifically, Albert Perez, told me to hook up to the fiber cable was FREE. Further, I was told I'd get to pick my provider, if I decided to use the service. 100% a LIE. I've now recieved a bill for service from a company that I've never heard about, including the list given to me. This company has no phone number or any other information in regards to contact. WARNING !!!!

The internet is great when it works… The internet is great when it works however there are constant outages alusuaply lasting more than a day. As I write this pur internet has been down for 5 days now. They dont answer the ohone, won't respond to emails and won't return messages. Absolutely stay away from this company

so happy with open infra We have only had open infra for about a few months and so far we are satisfied. I understand that sometimes it would be slow or go out but that’s because it’s a new company but once it get settled they would work really good. Before we went with them, I noticed that they are more settled in Europe and is starting in the US but all of the reviews I read and the research that I’ve made, I decided to take a chance on them. I trust that they were not a spam became of the research that I did and you actually get a real person rather than a recording when you do call them. The main thing that I love from them is the customer service, they are always really nice and try their best to help you and give you information. The internet company I had before I hated the customer service. I am very happy and pleased with open infra

Very Bad Customer Service Installation of fiber in our area was only supposed to take 6 to 8 months. It took about 14 months. During that time, there were no updates provided unless I contacted them. On 3-4-24 when I contacted them, they told me that I should have service and just needed to connect my router and get my account set up. It didn't work so they scheduled a tech to come out on 3-11-24. The tech tested the fiber and said we would need another line ran to the house because the current one must be bad. once again, I have had to contact them 3 different times to find out when someone was coming out. All they could tell me was that they didn't do that part and can only tell the contractors they need to come out. The last communication was 4-2-24 from me and I still have no response and no internet on 4-19-24. If you use them, don't expect them to be proactive. Just know that you are going to have to beg and plead to be their customer and give them money. I can't speak to how they are if you are finally able to become a customer because we never got to that point.
