GBOutstanding service updates under… Outstanding service updates under pressure. There was an outage in my area caused by construction and I have experienced ABSOLUTELY stellar updates that felt empathetic, to say the least. I’ve never worked construction, and I missed a meeting due to the outage… but I know enough to say this company is working in a difficult position of providing updates on behalf of 3rd parties that are out of their control. The updates are OUTSTANDING, even with pictures of the work. Thank you! Take your time to do it safely.

GBso happy with open infra We have only had open infra for about a few months and so far we are satisfied. I understand that sometimes it would be slow or go out but that’s because it’s a new company but once it get settled they would work really good. Before we went with them, I noticed that they are more settled in Europe and is starting in the US but all of the reviews I read and the research that I’ve made, I decided to take a chance on them. I trust that they were not a spam became of the research that I did and you actually get a real person rather than a recording when you do call them. The main thing that I love from them is the customer service, they are always really nice and try their best to help you and give you information. The internet company I had before I hated the customer service. I am very happy and pleased with open infra

GBIf I could leave a negative star review… If I could leave a negative star review I would! This company cut my friends 85 year old fathers main water line to his house and are refusing to do anything about it. They have been left with NO WATER since Friday! You need to make this right and fix your mistakes!

GBI've been told for months that service… I've been told for months that service was going to be turned on in my area within 2-3 weeks. Nothing. Call customer service and it's some over seas call center with useless people who don't speak good English. I get told the same thing every time.. "I reached out to our installation team and was not able to get an answer but I will send in a message for them and I will personally follow up with you in 1-2 days". Weeks go by, no follow up.

GBOpeninfra - bad communication and customer service Scheduled a “free” install that kept being rescheduled via text without any communication with me. When I called, the representative was not helpful in getting me the information I wanted as I no longer want anyone installing anything in my yard and their main office is in TX and I’m in FL. She canceled my account (didn’t know one was created) but I still don’t know if anyone will try to show up at the later date. Based on my experience and other reviews, I will not work with them.
