I've been told for months that service… I've been told for months that service was going to be turned on in my area within 2-3 weeks. Nothing. Call customer service and it's some over seas call center with useless people who don't speak good English. I get told the same thing every time.. "I reached out to our installation team and was not able to get an answer but I will send in a message for them and I will personally follow up with you in 1-2 days". Weeks go by, no follow up.

Open Infra, lack of communication, SCAM Open Infra,specifically, Albert Perez, told me to hook up to the fiber cable was FREE. Further, I was told I'd get to pick my provider, if I decided to use the service. 100% a LIE. I've now recieved a bill for service from a company that I've never heard about, including the list given to me. This company has no phone number or any other information in regards to contact. WARNING !!!!

The install was very clean and minimal… The install was very clean and minimal in time when ONT was installed. I would suggest that when a tech returns on future installs to install router, that an appointment is scheduled instead of tech just showing up. The construction work was clean, although final clean up and erosion control(sod) needs to be placed at all excavation sites. The service has been stable and reliable to this point! I know several neighbors are still struggling to get their services up and running. It might be a good idea to get those worked out quickly for the revenue and image. Competitors are planning and working to move in, so being first to the game and giving everyone the experience I had would go a long way.

so happy with open infra We have only had open infra for about a few months and so far we are satisfied. I understand that sometimes it would be slow or go out but that’s because it’s a new company but once it get settled they would work really good. Before we went with them, I noticed that they are more settled in Europe and is starting in the US but all of the reviews I read and the research that I’ve made, I decided to take a chance on them. I trust that they were not a spam became of the research that I did and you actually get a real person rather than a recording when you do call them. The main thing that I love from them is the customer service, they are always really nice and try their best to help you and give you information. The internet company I had before I hated the customer service. I am very happy and pleased with open infra

The internet is great when it works… The internet is great when it works however there are constant outages alusuaply lasting more than a day. As I write this pur internet has been down for 5 days now. They dont answer the ohone, won't respond to emails and won't return messages. Absolutely stay away from this company
