GBI have used Tel3 when it was still… I have used Tel3 when it was still Setrate. Some 20 yrs. I can not make a call, it says all circuits busy. I have tried to contact customer service and only get a message that says all customer agents are busy, try again later.

GBJoining The Tel3 What is Going On Queue! Similar experience as the other recent reviews of Tel3. Not able to log into my account. None of the Access #’s are working. Calls just drop. Website & App is still up. I was reading some of the older reviews with the all the Circuits are Busy and also had several experiences over the years with that. Eventually they come back! But this seems like a whole different thing. I have over 1,000 mins & maybe $50 or $60 lost. They send a million annoying promo emails. However, when the service is on & working, no complaints. Very easy to use! I’ve been with them for about 10 years.

GBI needed to call France I needed to call France, but hadn't accessed my account for several years. I left both a text and an email message to Tel3, and Kary responded withon one hour. Amazingly quick return call! Kary spent several moments with me - insuring the reset, activation, new access number, and account balance. He was able to get me back on Tel3 services with one phone call, and even informed me of a special bonus to which I was entitled. I have read all the negative reviews of Tel3, and just wanted to say "don't believe all you read" when it comes to reviews. Personally, I rate the company a full and unequivocal 5! Thanks, Kary. THI was a Tel3 Agent I was a Tel3 Agent. They changed their back end years ago and their agent relations never replied to me on how to get logged into their new system. After many attempts I gave up on promoting their services. Additionally now I couldn't even log into my tel3 personal account but it works so i didn't bother trying since nobody at customer service over the years replied. Now I changed emails and just changed my phone number though I have sms access to the old phone number. So now I need to update my personal tel3 account but so far nobody replies to the support ticket. The world is going down the tubes for customer service and business practices everywhere!

GBFine when I can get through Been using the service for a number of years; at least 5. WHEN it connects, the sound is perfect. The app is full featured. As others report, the problem is "All circuits are busy. Please try your call when Hell freezes over." Often re-entering the number gets through on the second try, or the third. After that I just use my Constipated Communication account and eat the 10cents per minute. I am concerned that they are offering 200% and today 300% bonus because they may be desperate for operating cash and my 19,000+ minutes may be imaginary.
