Super fast and easy! I'm headed to Europe for the first time for a month, and figuring out how to call home was a massive headache - do you use your provider, buy a SIM card there, illegally unlock your phone...? Telestial was a super simple solution. We ordered the SIM card online, and it arrived within two days with a TON of information on how to set it up, how to top up minutes, etc, in a handy pamphlet that fodled up to be wallet-sized. Very useful, very straight-forward. Highly recommend!

it's only with UK number +44 it's liar sim card seller only for uk people. imagine you buy sim card for colombia and when you're in colombia the local people need to call +44 so expensive. amazing bad description sheet and no totally refund. please everybody change website

Phone lost power too quickly and is confusing to use I bought the JT travel Buddy Worldwide usage. The price is reasonable and I only wanted it for a few calls. I am also not very phone savvy. First of all, the users guide is not very complete - for example, the phone will lock up and there is no information on how to unlock. The big problem though is that the battery lasts only 12-15 hours if the phone is on. I charged it overnight and it had died by the time I was supposed to receive a 9 PM call. Their customer service answered my emails promptly - I give them that. Also beware that if you use the help button on the phone, the time is subtracted from your minutes.

Nice phone with easy operation The phone arrived on time and was easy to understand as far as setting up. We are travelling to Italy and hope it works well there. The only concern I have so far is that as soon as you turn the phone on it starts using data. If you don't know how to turn it off you have a bill right away or your data plan gets eaten up. There should be very specific instructions on how to disable this so the data isn't wasted on useless updates of pre-installed apps. I lost all my credit without even using the phone. Very upsetting.
